Every time Fu Zelian took a step closer to the bed, Ye Shi would tremble with fear.
Finally, she suddenly stood up and rushed towards Su Li, shouting, "I won't go back with you, stop bothering me!"
Su Li helped her up.
Fu Zelian's face darkened noticeably, and his voice remained flat. "Ye Shi, have you made enough of a scene? My patience has its limits. Now come back with me obediently, and I can pretend nothing happened."
Quan Ye leaned against the side, watching the show. This time, it wasn't him and Su Li having a conflict; he could finally see what other people were going through.
Seeing his gloating expression, Fu Zelian's face darkened even more. He grabbed Ye Shi's hand forcefully and said, "Come back with me!"
"No!" Ye Shi struggled.
The more assertive Fu Zelian is, the more afraid Ye Shi will be.
Su Li said, "Mr. Fu, since you're here, let's sit down and have a cup of tea together. Shishi doesn't want to go with you right now."
"We have our own tea at home, and she's my wife, so why doesn't she want to come with me!"
"Have you resolved things with Song Wan?" Su Li asked bluntly.
“There is absolutely nothing between me and Song Wan. You are all overthinking it. Besides, I have banned her account. She won’t talk nonsense anymore.”
"Then you should talk to Ye Shi properly. If you're so fierce, any girl will be scared away."
After Su Li finished speaking, she took Ye Shi's hand and went back to her room.
Just as Quan Ye was about to follow, the door slammed shut, leaving him outside.
He turned to Fu Zelian and complained, "It's all your fault, I'm left alone in my room tonight."
Fu Zelian replied coldly, "Who isn't alone in an empty room!"
The two stared at each other, but found it all rather pointless.
Quan Ye: "Want to grab a drink downstairs?"
"Walk."

The next morning, before Su Li and Ye Shi had even gotten out of bed, the maid hurriedly knocked on the door.
"Miss, Mrs. Fu, something terrible has happened."
"What's wrong?" Su Li was still dizzy from being woken up, so she turned on the bedside lamp.
"Someone called Mr. Fu and said that Young Master Fu has gone missing."
Upon hearing this, the person next to Su Li jumped up and rushed out the door.
When they ran downstairs, Quan Ye and Fu Zelian were nowhere to be seen.
They stayed here together last night, and then Fu Zelian received a message from his subordinates that Xiao Zhe had suddenly disappeared while playing football outside this morning.
"I'm going to find Xiao Zhe."
When Ye Shi heard that her son was missing, she was completely stunned and walked out in a daze.
Su Li stepped forward and grabbed her, saying, "Don't worry, you don't even know where the child is, so where can you look for him?"
"But I'm worried about Xiao Zhe. What if he runs into bad people and gets into trouble?" Tears welled up in Ye Shi's eyes and quickly fell.
