Inside the police station.
Su Li sat in the interrogation room, with two policemen sitting in front of her.
The atmosphere inside was heavy. The police officer looked at her file again and again, his expression grave.
“I have answered all your questions. I did not hurt anyone intentionally. Zhou Kai fell down on his own. Can you let me out now?”
The two police officers exchanged a glance and then said, "Ms. Su, the video clearly shows that you pushed the person down the stairs, and there are witnesses to this. Moreover, our investigation has revealed that you have a deep-seated grudge against your uncle, and you have every motive to intentionally hurt someone."
"You've already convicted me, why are you still interrogating me here? It's pointless."
"Miss Su, please correct your attitude."
“My attitude has always been upright. It is you police officers who disregard the facts and arbitrarily convict people.”
"How dare you insult us!"
One of the policemen couldn't hold back any longer and jumped up from his chair.
Su Li sat in the chair, looked up at him, and said with a stern expression, "What, did I hit the nail on the head? Are you getting angry?"
Another policeman tugged at his hand and shook his head, indicating that he shouldn't bother with her.
"You wait here, we'll go over and discuss this."
The two policemen stood up and walked out.
Su Li picked up the water glass on the table and took a sip. She wasn't in a hurry; she just wanted to see what kind of trouble these people could cause.
After a while, someone came over.
However, the other party was not wearing a police uniform.
"Miss Su, please come with us. Your charge of intentional assault has been decided by the authorities, and you will need to be detained for twenty days."
"Who are you? Who will judge me?"
"The order came from the police station. We are just following orders. Please come with us. We will arrange a better detention room for you if necessary."
