As the first rays of sunlight shone in the early morning, the kitchen of the main building in the east courtyard of the Wei family mansion began to get busy.

Just then, Lu Jiayu walked in supporting Mr. Wei.
Grandpa Wei took a deep breath of the delicious food and chuckled, "Oh, there are braised pork buns! I want to eat a few more later!"
Lu Jiayu's eyebrows darkened, "Grandpa, your blood lipids are high, you can only eat one bun at most!"
"Tsk! Little Jiayu, are you the father or am I the father?" Old Master Wei glared at Lu Jiayu angrily.
"You are the boss, but you have to listen to me when it comes to health!" Lu Jiayu refused to give in.
Aunt He smiled and said, "In this family, the only one who can control the old man's mouth is you, little Jiayu."
Lu Jiayu smiled innocently, "This is my job, my duty."
Old Master Wei pushed Lu Jiayu away in annoyance and left the kitchen angrily.
Lu Jiayu scratched his hair in embarrassment and looked in the direction of Ye Xin.
The two looked at each other from a distance, and finally smiled at each other.
After Lu Jiayu left the kitchen, Aunt He teased, "Why? Are you getting along well?"
Ye Xin's face flushed immediately, "Aunt He...what are you talking about..."
Aunt He smiled happily, "You know what I mean, little Jiayu is a pretty good kid, you two are a good match together, I'm relieved."

Lu Jiayu was stunned for a moment and rubbed his eyes. "I stayed up late last night reading a book on nursing."
"Yeah." Wei Chen responded softly, no longer looking at Lu Jiayu.
Wei Chengzhi glanced at the time and said, "It's already past working hours now. When do you want Miss Ye to come?"
Wei Chen seemed to notice the time at this moment, then frowned slightly and looked at Lei Zhan, "Didn't I ask you to arrange someone to pick her up? Why is it so slow?"
However, before Lei Zhan could make the call, another call came in.
After receiving the call, Lei Zhan's expression changed instantly, "Boss! Our people didn't get Miss Ye!"
The coffee cup shattered in Wei Chen's hands. "What happened?"
"The Ye family said that Miss Ye had left a long time ago. They thought she had gone to the company. Our people didn't say anything more to them for fear of causing panic among the Ye family."
The shattered pieces of the coffee cup pierced into Wei Chen's palm, which was shocking to watch. However, he didn't care about his palm at all. He clenched it into a fist, and blood flowed through his fingers. "Go find it, send everyone out to look for it!"
"Everyone?" Lei Zhan was shocked. "Boss, this isn't right. Miss Ye is missing, and it's very likely related to Lucifer. If it's really him, then this might be his ploy to lure the tiger away from the mountain. We can't fall for it!"
"I asked you to go find it!" Wei Chen's voice was low, and his tone was full of warning, like an angry tiger in the mountains.
"Yes!" Lei Zhan didn't dare to say more. He immediately mobilized everyone and left the Wei mansion.
Aunt He came over with a medicine box and bandaged Wei Chen's injured hand. "Don't worry, Master. Miss Ye will be fine."
Wei Chen pursed his thin lips and said nothing, with a biting chill emanating from his whole body.

It's the phone message tone.
Lu Jiayu jumped up, as if he was afraid that Wei Chen's anger would spread to him. He turned around and left the living room with his cell phone.
