Guards and eunuchs entered Zhengyang Palace from time to time, and everyone looked nervous.
When the sun reached its highest point, the voice of the chief steward shouting "Dismiss the court!" was heard from the main hall.
Civil and military officials filed in, walked past Wang Xiaohai in twos and threes, and bowed respectfully.

Guan Zeyuan walked out holding the imperial edict. Seeing Wang Xiaohai standing beside him, he stopped and turned to walk over.
"This should be your suggestion." Guan Zeyuan's tone was very affirmative.
"That's right." Wang Xiaohai did not deny it.
"Oh, I don't know whether I should blame you or thank you?" Guan Zeyuan was in a complicated mood. He was facing the sun with a shadow on his face.
