Just as Mo Beiyan finished speaking, a coughing sound suddenly came from beside her.
Upon hearing this voice, Jiang Jingyue immediately pushed him away.
Mo Beiyan's face darkened at Jiang Jingyue's sudden action.
He originally wanted to reach out and pull the person back, but after glancing at the person standing next to Jiang Jingyue, Mo Beiyan ultimately decided not to make a move.
"Patriarch Mo, let's go inside and talk!"
Once inside, Jiang Jingyue assumed they would be talking outside, but to her surprise, her father immediately stood up and led her into the study.

Although Jiang Jingyue knew this made sense, she was still a little worried.
"When you go in, tell my dad nicely not to make him angry. I already made him angry once yesterday, so I can't make him angry again."
Well, Mo Beiyan originally thought that Jiang Jingyue had stopped him because she cared about him, but he didn't expect that he was just being presumptuous. Jiang Jingyue didn't mean it that way at all.
