Chapter 50 The Heavenly Emperor was startled by Han Wei
Qingwei Palace.

Han Wei sat in the main hall of the Azure Luo Palace, listening to her subordinates' reports, her exquisitely beautiful face as cold and aloof as ice and snow.
Splash! A big fish in the lake was caught by an adorable calico cat.
The reflection on the lake disappeared, and the Heavenly Emperor looked at Ling'er, who had turned into a little boy.

"Then why don't you just get the answer from her head? Or bring her here and study her carefully. If you resent her for stabbing you to death, kill her after you've finished studying her. If you really like her, give her ten thousand years of cultivation, let her become an immortal, and let her serve you as your concubine. Wouldn't that be easier than you staring at her all day long?" Ling'er said.

In the stillness of the night, the curtains and canopies of the imperial bedchamber were drawn. On the carved bed, a young girl dressed in white and a man lay on the couch. The girl was fast asleep, her arms tightly wrapped around the man's waist. The man, whom she held, stared into the void with his golden eyes wide open.
Those once empty eyes now seemed to have regained their luster. Those deep golden pupils were gazing at the girl in his arms, a look of doubt in his eyes.
There should be no doubts about a corpse puppet.

The Heavenly Emperor couldn't understand why his own consciousness had wandered into Gu Qi's reincarnated body again.
