“But…but they’ve disappeared again…” Hui Shuo said regretfully, pointing in the direction where Wang Yao and the fairy had left.

The other three Yama Kings didn't know what defensive techniques they used, since their Yin energy was no different from the thick black smoke on the protective shield. Even if they had made some preparations, Wang Yao couldn't tell.
Immediately afterward, Wang Yao's vision blurred and he teleported. But then he felt a dazzling pink light burst forth around him. When his vision returned, he saw thick pipes crisscrossing in front of him, with plumes of black smoke rising between them.
