"The purpose of establishing the Sixth Women's Federation, and especially to appoint you as its director, is to strive to gain some advantages on our most critical front," said Laozi.
"The most critical front? Where are we struggling?" Wang Yao asked, frowning.
"Our war with the foreign world mainly takes place on two fronts. One is against the foreign god Saruman and his gang, as well as the rebels Hu Mei, who are roaming the six realms. We have done relatively well on this front and have thwarted most of the foreign gods' conspiracies."
"Now they can only hide in the outer wilderness, but we cannot let our guard down. After all, as long as Saruman and Humei are still around, they will never stop." Laozi said, word by word.
"The other front is the propaganda front I just mentioned. The foreign powers are spreading rumors everywhere that we are implementing a policy of genocide in the demon realm, promoting the tyranny of our Heavenly Court, and advocating the division of the six realms."
"They've gone to extremes, even spreading pictures of the battlefield between the Gods and Demons as evidence of the genocide of the demon race, causing widespread hostility towards the Heavenly Court from the Ocean Realm and having a very bad impact within the Six Realms. The Heavenly Court is now in a very passive position," said Laozi.
"Who cares about them? Just beat up anyone who disagrees." Wang Yao was quite puzzled.
"The Old Man of the Moon is still too young. You must know that every expedition must have a just cause. If this slander against my Heavenly Court is true, then the demon traitor and Saruman's gang will become heroes in the ocean world."
"Now we plan to go to the outer wilderness to completely wipe out the foreign gods and the remnants of the rebellious demon race, but we have encountered a lot of opposition within the Heavenly Court. Among them are the shadow puppets that you are worried about, but there must also be immortals who have been misled by the propaganda of the foreign world."

“Otherwise, wouldn’t our Six Realms become the domain of foreign gods?” said Laozi.
“I understand now that you’ve said that, Your Majesty. But there is still one thing I don’t understand and I need Your Majesty’s guidance on.” Wang Yao nodded and continued.
"Go ahead," Lao Tzu readily agreed.
"Shouldn't this propaganda war be handled by the Heavenly Court's propaganda department? I saw the Heavenly Court's Propaganda Bureau when I arrived. There is clearly a unit that can handle this matter. Why did the Heavenly Court establish the Six Realms Women's Federation and do this in such a roundabout way?" Wang Yao asked.
“Three reasons,” Laozi smiled slightly. “The first is that the Heavenly Propaganda Bureau, as the department that controls public opinion in Heaven, is of course fighting with all its might, but it still seems to be outnumbered and isolated, and is being targeted by the enemy. “No problem!” Wang Yao readily agreed, then stood up and bowed deeply to the Supreme Lord Laozi. “Does the Supreme Lord have any further instructions?
