"To adapt to the demands of the foreign gods, the mortals here have evolved a function: they have grown two faces, one in front and one behind. After passing through the densely populated and troublesome neighborhood of two-faced people, the car turned onto another winding mountain road, circled around several times, and finally stopped in front of a large black iron gate halfway up the mountain. A moment later, the large iron gate opened slowly, and the car drove straight in.
Upon entering the large iron gate, a lush and verdant scene unfolded, filled with all sorts of exotic flowers and rare herbs. The sight was a delight to behold, and Wang Yao felt that although this was the human realm, the scenery here was no less beautiful than that of the immortal realm.
The car drove along a tree-lined path for about half an hour and came to a flower bed with a huge fountain. In front of the flower bed was a life-sized female nymph statue that was barely clothed, which made the immortal feel embarrassed.
A sturdy-looking Western-style castle sits behind flowerbeds and statues.
"Upon learning of Chairman Wang's visit to Erpiguan, we specially chose the most luxurious Goddess Castle in Erpiguan for Chairman Wang to stay at. We hope Chairman Wang will be satisfied," Liglong said to Wang Yao after the vehicle stopped in front of the castle.
When Wang Yao first heard Li Gelong address him as Chairman, he was momentarily stunned. However, he quickly remembered that he was the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liulu Bafang Investment Co., Ltd., so he didn't take it to heart and got out of the car with ease.
A group of low-ranking men and women dressed in Western clothes stood respectfully in front of the castle gate to welcome Wang Yao and his party.
Upon entering the castle, one is greeted by a spacious hall, large enough to accommodate a dozen or so tables for a banquet. Liglong explained that there are also restaurants, banquet halls, council chambers, and other specialized facilities on both sides of the hall. In an inconspicuous corner, there is a staircase leading upstairs, where Wei Xian's room is located on the second floor.
The rooms of Xiangu, Hu Fei, and other attendants of Wang Yao were on the third floor, while Caixia and Wang Yao's rooms were the only two large suites on the fourth floor.
"Please take a short rest. Mr. Pearson, our business representative from Yangjie stationed at Erpiguan, will be hosting a banquet for you at the castle. A waiter will inform you of this soon. I have some matters to attend to, so I will take my leave now."
Liglong gave everyone a brief tour of the castle, and after finishing the small glass of red wine served by the waiter, he left in a hurry.
