But in Wang Yao's eyes, this person was shrouded in a thick shadow. On the surface, his steps were light and agile, but the shadow seemed to be stuck in a swamp. With each step he lifted, it was as if he brought out a large clump of mud, baring his teeth and claws, and staggering forward.

Wang Yao watched as the delicate faces of the women were brutally ravaged before his very eyes. Those who were healthy gradually lost their beauty under the onslaught of the ashes, while those who were already ill were seen to be terminally ill. How could he possibly bear it any longer?
Just as Wang Yao lightly tapped the interface panel, about to hand the man shrouded in shadow to Tang Meifeng, he heard a deafening howl at his feet.
