The young man before me was gentle and refined, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
He looked refined and gentle, with exceptionally fair skin and a pair of nice black-rimmed glasses perched on his nose, giving him a gentle and cultured appearance.
Although Qian Sui's second brother, Qian Hao, also wears glasses, the two have completely different styles.
Qian Hao's style is somewhat like that of a refined villain, the kind of smiling tiger, the kind of hidden master with a gentle smile and narrowed eyes in anime.
But the boy in front of me had a sunny and gentle quality that went straight to his bones, and he looked clean and pure without a trace of impurity.
Chitose couldn't help but smile when she saw this sunny boy.
After the boy pulled her back, he let go of her and retreated to a safe area, without causing her any discomfort.
Chisui scratched his head sheepishly and said, "I'm fine."
The boy said, "That's good, but classmate, you can't do such dangerous things. If you had really fallen just now, it would have been dangerous."
Chisui glanced back at the branch; she just thought the leaves on it were pretty and wanted to take the prettiest one back to press in her book.
Sometimes she has rather simple thoughts; she only thinks about getting the leaves herself and forgets that this action might be dangerous.
Chisui said somewhat embarrassedly, "I didn't notice just now, I won't do it again next time."
The boy smiled, then looked up at the branch that Chitose had reached for and asked, "You want the leaves on it, right?"
Chitose paused for a moment, then nodded: "Yes, I want to use them as bookmarks."
The boy, who was holding a book, glanced at the branch and said, "Could you hold this for me?"
He handed the book in his hand to Chitose, who took it. The boy then walked around Chitose and went to the railing.
He leaned against the edge of the railing and reached out to pull on the branch.
This boy was over 1.8 meters tall, with long arms and legs, making it easier for him to reach the branch compared to Qian Sui.
He pulled the branch back, then turned to look at Qian Sui: "Which leaf do you want?"
Chisui looked at the branch he was holding and suddenly found it somewhat amusing.
She just had a sudden whim and suddenly became obsessed with wanting that leaf.
Maybe she won't like it after she gets it.
Now that this complete stranger was suddenly asking her so earnestly which leaf she wanted, Chisui felt that this was somewhat formal.
Chisui looked at the boy's face and said somewhat shyly, "The biggest one in that area will do."
The boy turned to look at the tree branch and reached out to pluck the largest leaf.
He let go, and the branch bounced back.
He took the leaf and came to Chitose, handing it to her: "Here you go."
Chisui reached out and took the leaf, saying, "Thank you."
The boy took the book from Chitose's arms and then looked at her: "Hey classmate, why do I feel like you look familiar?"
"look familiar?"
Chisui was a little confused; she didn't remember ever knowing this boy in front of her.
Qian Sui said, "My name is Qian Sui, and I'm a freshman in the Business School."
When Qian Sui said this, the boy looked as if he had suddenly realized something.
"I was wondering why you looked familiar. Turns out you're the new school beauty." The boy said, then smiled gently, "You really are beautiful."
Being praised so directly, Chisui suddenly felt a little embarrassed.
How did you know all that?
The boy said, "Your photo was posted on the school's official Weibo account before, and my classmate showed it to me."
Chisui remembered this incident; when she first arrived, quite a few people did take photos of her and post them on Weibo.
Chisui wanted to say something more, but at that moment, the bell rang, and people gradually came out of the classroom.
Chitose and the boy turned to look at the classroom door at the same time.
The boy glanced at Chitose and then said, "Were you having class here just now?"
Chisui nodded: "Mm."
The boy asked again, "You skipped class?"
Chisui was taken aback, but still admitted, "That teacher's class is so boring, I'll fall asleep listening to it. If he finds out I'm sleeping in class, he'll definitely be angry. I might as well just slip away, so I don't have to affect the teacher's mood."
That boy was probably hearing someone describe skipping class in such a refreshing and unconventional way for the first time.
He chuckled and said, "I took this teacher's class when I was a freshman. It was really boring. I sat in the first row during class, and he thought I was listening attentively, but actually I was daydreaming."
Qian Sui seemed to have found a kindred spirit, and was about to say a few words of complaint when Luo Xinyue walked out of the classroom.
"Long live the Emperor."
Luo Xinyue came to Qian Sui and glanced at the boy standing in front of her. She was slightly taken aback.
"Senior Lin Shu, what are you doing here?"
Qian Sui looked at Luo Xinyue, then at Lin Shu, and asked in surprise, "You two know each other?"
Luo Xinyue said, "This is a senior from my club."
After speaking to Qian Sui, Luo Xinyue looked at Lin Shu and said, "But, senior, aren't you a sophomore? Why are you in this teaching building? If I remember correctly, most of the students taking classes here are freshmen."
Lin Shu raised the book in his hand and said, "My teacher is away on a business trip, so I'm here to substitute for him."
Chisui had heard that some senior students were teaching in place of others, but from the conversation just now, Chisui knew that Lin Shu was a sophomore.
