"You know Shang Anqi, right? She's the school beauty."
School beauty?
Ling Shen recalled Shang Anqi's face and didn't think she deserved the title of school beauty.
Ling Shen hummed in agreement: "I know."
Qian Sui continued, "That Shang Ziyan is Shang Anqi's younger sister, but they are half-sisters. Although they are sisters, they don't get along at all. Because of Shang Ziyan's appearance, Shang Anqi has become very irritable and even lost her temper in the classroom."
Ling Shen listened quietly to what Qian Sui was saying.
Chitose reached for the strawberry as she spoke.
Seeing that she had eaten too much, Ling Shen reached out to pull the plate of strawberries away, but Qian Sui couldn't reach them and was too busy gossiping, so she had to give up.
Qian Sui continued, "Shang Anqi really dislikes this younger sister, but everyone talks about the two of them together, and there's even some kind of voting competition. Strangely enough, I was in that competition too."
Ling Shen chuckled upon hearing this; how did Qian Sui get dragged into the war between the two sisters?
Ling Shen chuckled and said, "How did you get dragged into this? Are you one of their sisters too?"
Qian Sui shook his head and said, "No, that's not it."
Ling Shen: "Then why?"
Qian Sui leaned closer to Ling Shen and said very seriously, "Take a close look at my face."
Qian Sui suddenly leaned closer, causing Ling Shen's back to tense up, but he quickly recovered.
Ling Shen: "Yeah, I saw it. What's wrong?"
Qian Sui said, "Don't you think I look a bit like Shang Ziyan?"
