It was already late, and although there were streetlights in the garden, the light was still not very good. She squatted down and looked at the pebbles on the ground, and just as she was looking at them intently, she felt herself being blocked by a shadow.
She frowned slightly, looked up, and saw the fake master standing in front of her with a sinister smile on his face.
"Little girl, are you all alone?"
The fake middle-aged man chuckled, looking extremely lewd.
Chisui didn't want to pay any attention to him at all. She just hummed in response and continued to look down at the stone.
The fake expert: "......"
He's here for revenge, isn't that obvious enough? Isn't this girl afraid of him?
He would have been more understanding if she had someone else with her, but now that she was all alone, why wasn't she afraid of him?
This left him feeling somewhat frustrated. He could accept being humiliated earlier, but now that he had come seeking revenge, he was being ignored. If word got out, how could he ever face anyone again?
The master, in a fit of anger, kicked away the stone in front of the thousand-year-old.
Qian Sui was no longer calm. She glared at the master with her beautiful eyes, then stood up, still clutching the leaf she had just picked up. She looked at the master and said, "What are you doing?!"
The master grinned lewdly, and two more men emerged from the shadows, standing behind her. Their intentions were clear: they were there to cause her trouble.
But Qian Sui didn't care about that; what she cared about was that he had kicked her stone earlier.
How could he do this?
Qian Sui was furious, but her figure was still petite compared to the three big men, who surrounded her.
The master said, "Little girl, didn't your master teach you that cutting off someone's livelihood is something you can't do casually?"
Qian Sui shook his head: "My master only said that when you encounter a swindler, you should expose him directly."
The men exchanged glances. This girl wouldn't shed a tear until she saw the coffin.
The master stepped forward, shoved the young master, and said, "Anyway, you've cut off my source of income, so you have to compensate me for my losses."
Qian Sui was shoved and took a step back, but her attention was not on the master, but on the master's feet, because the master stepped on her stone.
While Qian Sui was surrounded, Lu Jiayan had just finished his work and hung up the phone when he realized Qian Sui was missing. He searched around the garden for a while and finally spotted Qian Sui in a corner. He found her surrounded and was about to rush forward when he saw the master raise his hand, ready to hit Qian Sui.
Lu Jiayan panicked. What kind of person was this, hitting a child?
Moreover, if President Ling found out that he hadn't kept a close eye on the child, he would probably be in deep trouble. Just as he was about to rush forward, he saw Qian Sui casually wave his hand and slap the master's powerful slap back.
The master was caught off guard by the slap he had just received. He sniffed, and blood started flowing from his nose.
Seeing this, the people nearby rubbed their hands together and stepped forward, ready to fight Qian Sui.
But Chisui completely ignored those people, keeping her head down and looking at her stone. Yet, when those people approached, she was able to defend herself accurately and even launch a few attacks, sending them flying.
In just a few moves, the little girl, Qian Sui, had beaten all those big men black and blue.
The men lay on the ground, clutching their swollen faces and staring at Qian Sui in disbelief.
Qian Sui kept her head down, her expression unreadable. She took a step forward, and the group of people shrank back in fear.
But Qian Sui didn't care about them at all. She squatted down, looked at the stones on the ground, and said regretfully, "They're dirty."
Everyone: "..."
The men scrambled away in a panic, and Lu Jiayan was shocked for a long time before he came to his senses.
Qian Sui picked up the stone from the ground, wiped it clean, turned around, saw Lu Jiayan, and waved to him with a simple and innocent smile.
Lu Jiayan even doubted that he had seen it wrong. Although his eyes had been with him for more than 20 years, he really doubted that he had seen it wrong just now.
This innocent and weak little girl, who couldn't even kill a chicken, just now effortlessly defeated three grown men with her bare hands?
What's wrong with this world?
Lu Jiayan was still stunned when Qian Sui jogged towards him, leaping up to him like a deer and greeting him with a bright, smiling eye.
Facing the innocent-looking Qian Sui, Lu Jiayan's memory was still stuck on how she had just knocked down three grown men with her bare hands. When she jumped like that, Lu Jiayan subconsciously dodged back, afraid that he would become the fourth man she had knocked down.
Qian Sui didn't notice Lu Jiayan's fear of her. She gave him a smile brighter than the sun and then opened her hand to reveal the beautiful pebble.
"Look," Qian Sui said, "Isn't it beautiful?"
Her eyes were full of expectation, just like a child asking an adult for a reward.
Lu Jiayan cleared his throat to snap out of his shock. He looked down at the pebble in her palm, a small, white stone with a faint, dark gradient pattern on it, lying quietly in her hand, which was delicate and fair.
The image of her hitting someone flashed unconsciously through Lu Jiayan's mind again.
Lu Jiayan shuddered, looked up and met her innocent eyes. Under pressure, Lu Jiayan was forced to start working.
"Wow!" Lu Jiayan began his exaggerated praise: "This stone is so beautiful! Look at the patterns on it, they have such characteristics of Chinese ink painting. This isn't just a stone, it's practically a work of art..."
However, Lu Jiayan's praise did not win Qian Sui's approval. She looked at him, and her previously harmless gaze turned into one that seemed to say, "Are you out of your mind?"
