Chapter 47047 Don't Abandon
Chapter 47
As the kiss deepened, Ying Ji suddenly pulled back, ending the kiss. She placed one hand on Kong Fan's shoulder and gently stroked his jade-like cheek with the other. Her fingertips gently brushed against his cheek, sending an indescribable tingling sensation through him.
Yingji casually wrapped the red gauze dress around her body without tying it, and the dress hung loosely, revealing a white stripe in front of her body.
Kong Fan looked at her, and his usually clear eyes slowly turned red.
He asked, "Can I kiss you?"
Yingji curled her lips, a soft, affectionate glint in the corners of her eyes. She hooked her arms around Kongfan's neck, leaned in close, and asked, "Where do you want to kiss?"
Their eyes met, and Yingji smiled sweetly. She felt that Kongfan would not respond to her.
But Kong Fan looked into her eyes and said seriously, "All of it."
Yingji was stunned for a moment.
In the realm of clouds, time seemed to stand still. Yingji didn't know how much time had passed before she lazily lay down in the clouds and fell asleep. When she woke up, she saw Kongfan sitting cross-legged beside her.
He had donned his snow-white monk's robes again, all the wrinkles smoothed out. He sat with his eyes closed, slowly threading the Buddhist beads on his palm. His thin lips parted slightly as he silently chanted scriptures, the look of an immortal once again, untouched by the dust of the world.
Yingji looked at him, and was in a trance for a moment, as if the chaos again and again was all her illusion.
"Kong Fan?"
Kong Fan opened his eyes and looked over, smiling slightly.
"I want to take a shower. You have to take a shower after doing it. I don't want the purification technique." Ying Ji stared into Kong Fan's eyes, carefully observing his expression.
Kong Fan hesitated for a moment, then reached out and gently waved his hand. Then, rain began to fall in the Cloud Realm, but the pouring rain was warm.
Soon the entire cloud realm turned into a hot spring, with mist swirling around.
Yingji soaked in the water and breathed a sigh of relief.
She soaked for a while, then moved towards Kong Fan in the water. She took the initiative to hook her arm around Kong Fan's neck and smiled at him.
Yingji wanted to know if he was acting impulsively and would keep his distance from her after the incident. She wanted to know if he would push her away.
After all, most men are bad guys with lots of excuses.
She gradually approached Kongfan, her wet clothes sticking to Kongfan, she wanted to wet his monk's robe.
Kong Fan frowned slightly, looking a little hesitant.
When Yingji's whole body pressed against him, he put his arms around her slender waist and asked seriously, "Does it still hurt?"
Ying Ji looked at him in astonishment, at his bald head, at the frankness in his eyes. This was clearly the result she wanted, but hearing Kong Fan say such overly intimate words, Ying Ji actually felt very uncomfortable.
"Dirty words!" Ying Ji pushed Kong Fan away, left his arms, and soaked in the hot spring peacefully.
Kong Fan looked at Ying Ji in confusion, not understanding why she was suddenly unhappy. She had been saying it hurt before.
Yingji and Kongfan came out of the Cloud Realm and found themselves in a green valley again.
Yingji looked at the fallen Bodhi leaves on the ground in surprise. However, these Bodhi leaves were all withered and piled up in a thick layer.
Yingji recalled that she hadn't seen these Bodhi leaves when she arrived. After a moment's reflection, she realized they must be related to Kongfan. She turned and looked at Kongfan.
Kong Fan lowered his eyes and looked at the Bodhi leaves with a complicated expression.
Yingji tried to explain again and again, and could see compassion and guilt in his eyes.
Suddenly, a monster jumped out from the distant jungle.
Kong Fan subconsciously raised his hand, but suddenly found that his palm was empty and he was unable to gather spiritual power.
He was stunned.
It was a small demon, and Kong Fan was beside her. Ying Ji thought Kong Fan could easily deal with it. When the demon beast pounced close, Ying Ji realized that Kong Fan was motionless. She quickly threw a talisman at the demon beast.
The monster's movements immediately froze in mid-air.
Kong Fan came back to his senses, re-condensed his spiritual power, and subdued the monster.
"Let's go." Kong Fan's expression returned to normal, and he looked at Ying Ji with a smile, "Go back and pack your things. We'll return to Phuket Temple tomorrow."
He urgently needs to retreat for some time.
"Wait a moment." Ying Ji sat down aside, took out a dry biscuit from her Qiankun bag, bit it and ate it to fill her stomach.
Kong Fan stood aside, watching her struggle to bite. He walked into the nearby woods, picked a few wild fruits, cleaned them carefully, and handed them to Yingji.
Yingji glanced at Kongfan, took the wild fruit and took a bite.
The fruit was so sour that Yingji's facial features wrinkled.
A faint smile appeared on Kong Fan's lips.
·
On the way back, the two met Kou Yuze.
Kou Yuze looked at the two people with complicated eyes. He felt hurt and angry. But he couldn't bear to vent all his anger on Yingji.
He glared at Kong Fan and said in a stern tone, "Master Kong Fan is really amazing. As a monk, he says one thing and does another! Is this how you agree to let me take Aying away?"
Kong Fan said calmly and gently: "She doesn't want to go with you."
"How do you know she doesn't want to!" Kou Yuze was anxious.
As if he wanted to verify it, although Kou Yuze was shouting at Kong Fan, he was looking at Ying Ji eagerly.
Kong Fan turned his head and said to Ying Ji, "I'll wait for you in front."
Kong Fan walked away a little, spending time alone with Ying Ji, which immediately made Kou Yuze's momentum diminish. He felt that Ying Ji should give him an explanation, but Ying Ji's face was calm, and even a faint smile hung on her lips as usual. She didn't feel that she had wronged him at all!
Kou Yuze finally felt annoyed and asked, "Aying, shouldn't you explain this to me?"
"What do you want to explain?" Ying Ji smiled softly. "When the Chaoxi army reached Beicang, you sent me to Chaoxi to stop the fighting. Since I arrived in Chaoxi, I have been his concubine."
Ying Ji glanced at Kong Fan standing in front of her, paused, and then said, "He wants to sleep with me, how can I refuse?"
Kong Fan turned around and looked at Ying Ji in surprise, but met Ying Ji's meaningful gaze.
The two people looked at each other through Kou Yuze.
Ying Ji continued quietly, "Forget sleeping with him, even bearing children for him is a natural responsibility."
"Ugh—" Yingji suddenly turned around, ran two quick steps to the side of the road, bent down and retched.
Kong Fan frowned and shook his head helplessly. He felt inexplicably amused, and a hint of smile appeared in his clear eyes.
Kou Yuze was filled with mixed emotions. Yingji's words were like a knife stabbing into his heart, stabbing him right at the thing he regretted most, leaving his heart bloody and mangled.
I insisted on giving an explanation, and suddenly I became extremely ridiculous.
He had once exchanged her for a ceasefire, so how could he be qualified to question her now? Kou Yuze subconsciously took a step towards Ying Ji, but the next moment his eyes dimmed again and he turned away dejectedly.
Kong Fan looked at Ying Ji still bent over and retching, and said helplessly: "He's gone."
Yingji stood up and frowned, complaining to him: "The fruit you picked is too sour!"
Kong Fan just smiled without saying anything, turned around and walked forward.
Yingji trotted after him and walked beside him. Her hand gently touched the back of Kongfan's hand, then she moved away, tidying her long black hair as if nothing had happened.
Kong Fan lowered his eyes.
Arriving at the courtyard, Kong Fan escorted Ying Ji to her room. He did not go in, but stood outside the door and said, "Have a good rest."
Yingji looked at him in surprise and asked in a low voice, "Sleeping in separate rooms?"
Kong Fan smiled and helped her close the door.
He walked into the courtyard and looked down at his palms.
He should return to Pujia Temple as soon as possible. But Yingji was a mortal and needed to rest, so she couldn't leave immediately.
·
On the second day, Kongfan took Yingji back to Puja Temple.
"Basho must miss you very much. Go see her." Kong Fan smiled.
Yingji did miss Bajiao a little. She turned away from Kongfan and trotted to the place where she used to live to find Bajiao.
Kong Fan watched Ying Ji walk away, then turned and went to the lotus pond.
Beside the lotus pond, the Bodhi tree had completely withered.
Wu Chen had been waiting for him here for a long time.
"Master." Kong Fan walked slowly towards his master.
Wu Chen raised his hand, pointed in the direction of Kong Fan, and immediately showed his current spiritual power.
The golden light dissipated, the Sanskrit words shattered, and the Bodhi tree withered.
"You..." Wu Chen was so shocked that he couldn't speak.
Kong Fan calmly bowed and said, "Kong Fan accepts the punishment."
Wu Chen took a deep breath and took a long time to react before frowning and asking, "Did you bring that woman back?"
Kong Fan remained calm and said, "I can no longer abandon her."
How can a saint be heartless?
