Song Yun ate her meal while talking to him.
I was so busy feeding Chen Bai that I didn't eat anything myself.
Shen Bai got used to it; he didn't know when it started, but Song Yun had been feeding him all along.
Even now, this is no exception.
He naturally leaned against Song Yun's chest, looking out at the garden.
Sunlight shone on the flowers, grass, and trees, and the sound of cicadas filled the air. Several small birds perched on the treetops, chirping and chattering, but Chen Bai didn't find it noisy.
After finishing his meal, Song Yun dressed the child before leading him downstairs.
The hospital is large, with a quiet garden full of vibrant flowers and plants. A few patients stroll around, and some elderly people sit in wheelchairs basking in the sun.
This is the Song family's hospital. Originally, Shen Bai was sent to the Affiliated Hospital of Peking University, but after the examination, no abnormalities were found in Shen Bai's body, so Song Yun brought him here.
Shen Bai has not woken up yet. Song Yun has the doctor examine him every day and gives him intravenous nutrition every day.
I finally woke up today, and it'll be good time for me to rest here for a few days.
He handed over the company's affairs to his assistant, Xu, and even promoted another assistant.
The two of them handled the company's affairs first, and Song Yun trusted them.
Song Yun led Shen Bai forward, passing a field full of tulips and neatly trimmed trees.
A melodious violin tune blended into the tranquility, not sounding noisy, but rather making people forget their troubles.
Shen Bai followed the sound of the piano and saw a woman wearing a hospital gown with a full head of silver hair.
Song Yun followed Shen Bai's gaze and looked over. When he saw who it was, a hint of surprise flashed in his eyes.
He naturally remembered the sound of that zither.
Drawn by the music, Shen Bai slowly walked over and sat down on a bench nearby.
Song Yun followed him, and the violin's tone was as smooth as silk, with a soft and warm texture. Under the lady's playing, it seemed to be telling a romantic story.
As she listened, Chen Bai's beautiful eyes became confused.
[I've heard this instrument somewhere before, but this is the first time I've ever seen one like it.]
He lowered his head and pondered.
Why do I feel unhappy?
I can't figure it out.
Song Yun heard his words clearly, her eyes lowered slightly, seemingly lost in thought.
I don't know when, but the music stopped.
Song Yun took Shen Bai's hand and led him to bow before Ms. Feng.
"Principal Feng, I didn't expect to run into you here."
Shen Bai, being led by him, also bowed to Ms. Feng.
"You are... are you Song Jiangzhou?"
Song Yun chuckled:
“Song Jiangzhou is my father.”
Feng Peiyuan looked at it carefully, then slapped her forehead:
"Oh my, look at my memory, it's Xiaoyun, she's grown so much."
Song Yun smiled and pulled Shen Bai forward a little:
“This is my partner, Shen Bai.”
Shen Bai knew that this was an introduction of herself, so she gave Ms. Feng a sweet smile.
Feng Peiyuan stared blankly at the somewhat familiar face.
"Your name is Chen Bai?"
Her voice trembled slightly, as if she were asking a question, or perhaps reminiscing.
Shen Bai, not understanding, nodded.
My name is Xiaobai.
"Good child, you can call me Grandma from now on."
Do you like the violin?
She asked.
Shen Bai didn't know what a violin was and was somewhat puzzled.
"This is the instrument."
Feng Peiyuan raised the violin in her hand a little higher so that Shen Bai could see it.
Shen Bai nodded, his eyes sparkling.
"Practice first. If you don't understand anything, you can ask me. This old woman of mine doesn't know anything else, these are the only things I can do."
She put the violin back in its case.
"You're too modest."
This is the former president of Peking University and the president of the China Violin Association. He has represented China in various international competitions and won countless trophies.
How could she only have those two skills? Besides, this is Aunt Bai's teacher.
This is also why Song Yun brought Shen Bai over to bow to her.
Feng Peiyuan looked at Chen Bai, a pang of heartache flashing in her eyes.
When she heard that the child had been found, she had someone check on him and learned that Song Yun had taken him home, which put her at ease.
"Mom, why did you come out by yourself again?"
The voice of a middle-aged man rang out from behind, and Shen Bai turned around to see the gentle and refined middle-aged man.
The man looked to be about the same age as Song Jiangzhou, dressed in a suit and tie, as if he had just gotten off work.
"Oh, Xiaoyun is here too, what's this...?"
The moment he saw Shen Bai clearly, a hint of surprise appeared in his eyes.
"Uncle Lin, this is my partner, Shen Bai."
Song Yun gently embraced Shen Bai, his gaze open and honest.
Cheng Fenglin instantly realized what was happening, and he smiled:
"Oh, so it's Xiaobai. From now on, Xiaobai can just call me Uncle Lin. I'm your mother's... friend."
[Mom's friend?]
Shen Bai looked intently at Cheng Fenglin, trying to memorize his appearance.
She nodded and smiled at him.
Then type on your phone:
"Sorry, Uncle, I haven't learned to speak yet."
Master said that Xiaobai is not unable to speak, but just hasn't learned yet. In the future, Xiaobai will definitely be able to learn to speak.
Feng Peiyuan and Cheng Fenglin were stunned when they saw the words on his phone.
"Uncle knows, this isn't Xiaobai's fault, there's no need to apologize."
He tried to soften his tone, as if he were talking to a child of a few years old.
