Notice
When I wrote this notice, I woke myself up in the middle of the night with a cough.
In fact, the coughing has been going on for almost half a month. I thought it was almost healed, but it suddenly worsened in the middle of the night yesterday and I woke myself up with the cough.
I basically didn't sleep the whole night. After dawn, my whole body ached, and my head hurt even more. I also had no appetite at all. I felt nauseous and wanted to vomit after eating a nut, and I couldn't eat anything else. At the end of the day, I barely ate a cucumber and a pear.
Now I wake up in the middle of the night coughing again. I feel cold all over, my hands and feet are cold, and I have an unbearable headache. I can't sleep well at all. This is not going to work.
I thought about it and realized that the situation was obviously serious this time. I was probably infected and it would take more than one day to recover. I decided to take two days off and have a good rest. I will see how the situation develops later. Thank you for your understanding!
