Chapter 150 Qi Jing found the master who changed his fate

Hearing Qi Jing's voice, Gu Xuanyi looked down at his wrist. A red line filled with vitality was wrapped around his wrist. Gu Xuanyi grabbed Gu Zhou's shoulder and flew away along the red line without even saying hello.

Gu Zhou was confused, but he remained silent. He just felt his body become light and flew towards somewhere very quickly.

Qi Jing also felt the slight tremor of the red line and realized that they had passed. He once again threw out a few talismans around Gu Zhou to protect the soul that had left the body from harm.

After doing all this, Qi Jing took the time to look at Qi Jun. The formation outside the red line was fine for the time being, but something in the living room had indeed broken into the formation he had set up with talisman paper.

With Hu Cha Cha around, there was no need to worry for the time being. Retracting his thoughts, Qi Jing held a piece of talisman paper and said, "I'm now looking for someone who can cast a spell to take away Gu Zhou's fate. Jiao Jiao, help me keep an eye on the Second Master."

"Go ahead, go ahead. No one can come in while I'm here." Jiaojiao said confidently. She is a nearly thousand-year-old dragon. Human masters are no match for her.

Qi Jing closed his eyes and began to track with the help of the talisman paper and the aura emanating from Gu Zhou.

The aura was a little weak, and it had been processed using a special method. Once it was caught, it dispersed into a myriad of strands. Qi Jing quickly scanned it and captured it in one go. He used his vital energy to capture that aura and quickly tracked down the person who had used the fate-changing technique.

It was a very dim room with nothing in it except a simple wooden bed.

A skinny old man was lying on the bed, and he seemed to be hanging on to his last breath, breathing slowly and weakly.

As if sensing a different kind of breath, the old man slowly opened his eyes, which were dull and lifeless.

The old man opened his mouth several times before uttering a hoarse and muddy voice, "Ancestor."

Qi Jing was a little surprised to hear the word "ancestor", but he still asked, "Why do you want to change the fate of the descendants of the Gu family?"

The old man didn't answer. He struggled to stand up, his skin and bones seeming to fall apart with every movement.

Qi Jing watched the old man struggle to stand up, then fell to his knees the moment his feet touched the ground. "I am guilty and ashamed of my master."

"So why did you change his fate?" Qi Jing frowned. He was certain that this person had cast a spell to change Gu Zhou's fate. Now that it had been changed, why was he kneeling? Did he regret it?

The old man pressed his forehead to the ground and trembled as he said, "The evil ways are causing chaos. I am threatening my closest relatives. I beg Master to save Xuanmen!"

Qi Jing asked seriously, "Who wants to harm the Gu family?"

"Xuanmentian..."

Before the old man could finish his words, his body stiffened and he fell down. Qi Jing clearly felt a stream of vital energy explode in the old man's body, his heart suddenly stopped, and he fell down completely.

Qi Jing frowned and wanted to wait for the old man's soul to come out before asking more questions, but he didn't expect that the soul would completely disappear the moment it left the body, turning into starlight and vanishing into smoke!

Qi Jing thought to himself that something was wrong and had to quickly regain consciousness.

He suddenly opened his eyes, and Qi Jun, who was sitting cross-legged on his right, suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood, and the seals in his hands also disappeared.

"Second Master!" Qi Jing called out anxiously, reaching out to support Qi Jun and transferring vital energy into his body.

Qi Jun raised his hand to wipe the blood from his lips and said in a deep and comforting voice, "I'm fine, just continue."

Qi Jing looked at Jiaojiao again and saw that she was also frowning, fearing that she had gotten into a fight with something.

Qi Jing frowned, handed a piece of talisman paper to Qi Jun, raised his fingertips and touched Jiaojiao's forehead, injecting vitality into Jiaojiao's body.

The next second, Jiaojiao opened her eyes abruptly, her forehead covered in sweat. "What on earth is that thing? How can it be so strong?"

Qi Jing didn't have time to answer Jiaojiao's question. He pulled Gu Zhou's hand and quickly drew a talisman on his palm. He raised his hand and made a gesture. The talisman on Gu Zhou's palm emitted a golden light, reflecting Gu Zhou's changed birth date.

Qi Jing cut his fingertip again, wiped it with blood, and rewrote Gu Zhou's original birth date. He covered it with talisman paper and printed the eight characters on Gu Zhou's palm.

Withdrawing his hand, Qi Jing glanced at the little lucky star who was sitting cross-legged on the altar, "That's enough, go back and rest."

Xiao Fuxing moved when she heard the sound. She tilted her head and glanced at the people in the formation. Only after she was sure that she was really not needed did she float up.

She did not return to the jade to rest. Instead, she turned around and flew to Lin Shuqing, and leaned her little head against Lin Shuqing's cheek, as if to comfort her.

Lin Shuqing had become nervous after seeing Qi Jun vomiting blood, but suddenly she felt a warmth on her cheek, and her uneasy heart calmed down instantly. She looked in the direction of Xiao Fuxing as if she had sensed something, but she saw nothing.

Her hand was held, and Qi Yue's gentle voice came to her ears.

"Xiao Fuxing is by your side. She is worried about you."

Qi Yue could see the little lucky star, although it was just a ball of light, but when the little lucky star floated close to Lin Shuqing, she could see it clearly.

Lin Shuqing's eyes were filled with tears. She put her other hand on her belly and said to the jade on the altar with a smile, "Thank you, baby. Mommy is fine. Go back and rest."

After hearing Lin Shuqing's words, Little Fortune Star nodded, then floated back and entered the jade to recuperate.

After calming down, Lin Shuqing looked at the four people in the formation again. As an outsider, she had no idea what was going on, but she was not as nervous as before.

After waiting for a while, Lin Shuqing finally saw Gu Zhou open his eyes, and her heart finally settled back into her stomach.

Seeing Gu Xuan open his eyes, Qi Jing breathed a sigh of relief. He raised his hand to take back the red thread and copper coins, and helped Qi Jun up.

Gu Xuanyi also saw Qi Jun's situation and said, "I'm going to deal with those things outside. You take good care of the Second Master."

"Go ahead, hurry up."

Qi Jing responded with a word and helped Qi Jun sit down on the sofa. Qi Mo and Qi Nian immediately brought hot water and towels.

Old Master Gu, supported by Gu Zhongquan and Gu Zhongshou, sat down nearby. He asked worriedly, "How is Second Master?"

"Nothing."

Gu Zhongquan asked, "What about Gu Zhou's fate?"

"It's back."

After receiving a positive answer, the clouds of sorrow surrounding the Gu family dissipated a little. Looking at Gu Xuanyi standing in the living room, holding Qi Jing's backpack in his hand, he threw out several talisman papers, which caught fire after hitting something.

The little fox squatted beside Gu Xuan's feet, raised his head, and his eyes were full of admiration.

Gu Xuanyi quickly cleaned up the things that broke into the living room. He squatted down and held down the dazed Hu Cha Cha. He grabbed a wisp of remaining Yin Qi from Hu Cha Cha's claws, wrapped it with talisman paper, picked up the bag again and walked back.

Gu Xuan handed the bag to Qi Jing, tossing the Yin Qi wrapped in the talisman paper in his hand, "Have you found the master who can change your fate?"

"We found him, but he's dead." Qi Jing frowned when he mentioned this. "How's it going over there?"

Gu Xuan glanced at Qi Jun and said, "Something has happened. Let's go to the study upstairs and talk."

Qi Jing nodded, and together with Qi Mo, they supported Qi Jun and walked upstairs. Gu Xuanyi did not rush over. He lit incense and prayed to the Little Lucky Star before following.
