Xie Zhou and the others nodded in acknowledgment, but the group from the Tianshui Sect were still trying to escape. Just as they were about to leave, Xie Zhou stepped forward and blocked their path.
The leader looked puzzled and asked, "What does this young lady mean?"
"Disciples of the Tianshui Sect greet you. You've finally made it into this ancient battlefield, how can you retreat so easily? There are many treasures inside. We have more people on our side. If you're willing to join us, we can fight against those forces that slaughter our sect disciples. Are you just going to run away?"
"To simply hand over such an easy opportunity to others and let it run rampant is truly immoral. Since everyone's goal is to go to the ancient battlefield to find treasures, why not travel together? That way, we'll have a better chance of success."
The group from Tianshui Sect stopped and began to think about the matter.
They whispered, "Senior brother, I think we should just follow these people. You saw that several sects have joined forces. There's strength in numbers. Maybe if we follow them, we can get some treasures and take revenge. Those people killed several of our disciples. It would be a disgrace not to avenge them!"
"I think so too, senior. Let's not disappoint the girl's feelings and follow the group..."
"But we've finally escaped from that hellhole, are we just going to go back like this? Several disciples are injured and need immediate medical treatment."
One disciple was skeptical, and his meaning was clear: he did not want to risk going to that ancient battlefield with these people again.
After failing to reach an agreement, the group looked at their senior brother.
The senior brother from the Tianshui Sect frowned slightly, then seemed to think of something, so he stepped forward, bowed, and said respectfully.
"Thank you for taking us in, young lady. We are now officially joining your team."
"good!"
"It's been a pleasure doing business with you. I bet some of your Tianshui Sect members are injured. Let's hold off on going any further for now and check on our injuries before we leave."
"Thank you, thank you so much, young lady. May I ask your name?"
“We are disciples of the Sword Sect. My name is Xie Zhou, this senior brother is Luo Fentian, and those over there are disciples of the Worry-Free Pavilion. The leader is Song Wu.”
Thank you for your understanding.
"No need, no need. Since we are partners, this is what we should do."
"Hello, I am Li Si from the Sword Sect... Let me treat the injury on your arm..."
...
The people from the Tianshui Sect and the Sword Sect quickly got along well.
The group expanded again. Although the people of Tianshui Sect were killed by that mysterious force, the number of people was still considerable.
After integrating the Tianshui Sect's team into the Sword Sect and Wuyou Pavilion's teams, they made some adjustments.
The group continued their exploration.
Suddenly, everything was fine on the road. Because the Tianshui Sect had said that there were those forces ahead, Xie Zhou, in order to be vigilant and protect everyone's safety, activated his mental power in advance to see what the situation was like around them.
Soon Xie Zhou felt something was wrong. She felt a sharp pain in her head. Her mental energy was being attacked and severely interfered with.
"Hmm..."
Xie Zhou gently rubbed her forehead and tried to activate her mental power again, but she encountered obstacles everywhere, and the pain became more and more obvious. Xie Zhou had no choice but to give up, but she roughly knew where there was a life-or-death battle.
He quickly stretched out his hands to block the people walking forward and shouted, "I sense something's going on! There might be a fight ahead, be careful!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Senior Brother Luo and Song Wu looked around at the same time to see which side had started the battle.
For some reason, Xie Zhou tried to use his mental energy to sense things, but found that his head was getting increasingly painful and his vision was getting blurry, so he took a few steps back.
Senior Brother Luo noticed Xie Zhou's unusual behavior and stepped forward to ask, "Junior Sister, what's wrong? Does your head hurt?"
Xie Zhou gave up resisting, withdrew his mental energy, shook his head, and regained some of his senses.
With a serious expression, he said, "Senior brother, I was just about to use my spiritual power to explore the surroundings, but the more I expanded the search area, the more I encountered a resisting force, and the energy fluctuations were extremely strong. I wonder which gods were fighting?"
"I felt a slight stinging sensation in my mental energy, so I apologized for my rudeness just now."
“Then Junior Sister Xie, please sit down and rest. Song Wu and I will go and take a look.”
"Senior brothers, you'd better not go. I can vaguely sense that those two people fighting are not human, not mortals like us."
"Better safe than sorry!"
Unexpectedly, as soon as these words were spoken, the ground suddenly shook, and everyone became nervous. Then they saw two huge figures waving their massive arms not far ahead.
They all looked exactly like idols.
"ah……"
"Take this..."
These two were simply unshakeable gods; their enormous figures blocked out the sunlight, and the shadows they cast were enough to completely envelop everyone. The scene was so shocking that almost everyone's attention was drawn to them.
They looked up and watched as these two giants, whose abilities were beyond imagination, sparred with each other.
The group of people were all marveling at the sight, their faces filled with astonishment.
Despite having seen many grand occasions, both Luo Fentian and Song Wu couldn't help but submit to such an imposing aura.
However, Xie Zhou knew that now was not the time to admire the scenery. If those two powerful figures were to strike them, they would be in trouble and had to leave the area immediately.
