Chapter 1183 Wyatt

All the clan elders were present, each sitting steadily and firmly.

They were all very calm and no one made a sound.

“Wyatt, what do you mean by this? Everyone’s been waiting all day!” Frank Roy couldn’t hold back any longer.

"Brother, what's the rush?"

Nicholas Roy glanced at his eldest son, then turned to look at Wyatt Roy.

"What exactly happened?"

"Dad, are you getting anxious too? Okay then, let's take a look."

As he spoke, the ten men behind him moved. They took out a stack of documents from their briefcases and handed them to the elders present, with the last one being given to the patriarch, Nicholas Roy.

The clan elders were absolutely furious after reading it.

"Well, the clan leader has certainly been accumulating his own wealth these past few years. We've been wondering why, despite our businesses making so much money, the year-end bonuses are so meager. Now we finally know why," the Fifth Elder said with a sneer.

Afterwards, the ten elders gathered together to discuss a solution to the problem.

The elder stood up. "Alright, since everyone is here, let's resolve this matter today. First, the ten of us discussed and decided to remove the clan leader, with Wyatt taking over. Also, all the embezzled money must be confiscated. Nicholas's shares will be inherited by Wyatt."

"Why should I give my own stuff to that ingrate?" Nicholas Roy was furious.

Wyatt stood up with a smile. "I'm doing this for the entire Roy family. What, Father? Even if you're not happy with me, I can't just watch everyone's interests be hoarded by you, can I?"

"You? You just want the position of head of the family? Dream on, I'm not giving it to you."

"Hahahaha!" Wyatt burst into laughter.

"Do I need your help now? Every profitable project of the Roy family has nothing to do with me, Wyatt Roy."

I can bring benefits to many people of the tribe, which is better than those chieftains who embezzle the tribe's money, right?

The patriarch of the Roy family was truly clever. Perhaps he knew there would be unworthy descendants, and this clause regarding collective impeachment was truly brilliant.

He then burst into laughter again. Suddenly, he stopped. "I, Wyattroy, hereby assure all my people that our profits will increase every year from now on. I dare not say how much, but I think you all believe me, right?"

All ten elders nodded. "All the stewards are here today, which is perfect. There's no better time than today. Today is the day Wyattroy appoints the head of the Roy family." The first elder stood up and spoke.

"Also, freeze all of Nicholas and Frank's assets. Once the assets are liquidated, what is rightfully theirs will be returned to you." The last sentence was spoken to Nicholas.

"I disagree. Ha! Without my signature, how could he become the clan chief?"

“Nicholas, have you forgotten that all of our people are here? Have you forgotten our tribal rules? Your signature is invalid now.”

Frank glared at Wyatt with hatred. "Are you satisfied now? You've pushed me and my father out to please you?"

"Haha? You two are really a good father and son. But I wonder if your father will still defend you like this after reading this investigation report?"

A bodyguard handed the documents to Nicholas.

"I don't want to see it; all of yours are fake."

"Then let's read it aloud in front of everyone, and just treat it as a story."

Nicholas snatched it away immediately, knowing in his heart that this was definitely not a good thing.

But I'm also afraid that if it's something that's really bad for me, then I'll be in trouble.

Nicholas's face grew darker with each glance. What a fine son he thought—no, this wasn't his son at all.

Thinking about the report, he wasn't entirely convinced, but after glancing at Frank, he really didn't look like himself.

Nicholas then turned to look at Wyatt, his son who resembled him in seven parts.

Holding the report tightly, memories of the past flashed through my mind like scenes from a movie.

Well done! I thought I could charm so many women, but they all belong to my eldest son. I'm so lucky.

In fact, Nikolai did not particularly value women's fidelity, but after his fifth wife, the next four wives were all his eldest son's.

The betrayal and deception he experienced felt like being slowly tortured.

"Give my father another report. I think he would be even happier."

Nicholas mechanically flipped through the pages, his face growing increasingly dark. "Good, very good," he thought, "so all my own children are my grandchildren."

He placed the two reports on his lap, looked up at Wyatt who was staring at him with sarcasm, and then turned around to look at all his people.

"Very well, very well indeed. Since things have come to this point, I will follow the family's decision."

"Father?" Frank was anxious. So Wyatt became the patriarch? What would happen then?

Nicholas waved his hand, telling the butler to open his safe. He then handed the family's impressions to Wyatt.

"As you wish."

Wyatt just smiled, then suddenly he leaned down and whispered something in Nicholas's ear, and saw the old man clutching his chest, gasping for breath.

"You unfilial son."

Wyatt was still smiling; he had achieved his goal.

"Alright, I've taken up a whole day of your time. In ten days, everyone will receive the money they embezzled. Please be patient."

People left one after another. No one really cared who the clan leader was. In short, it was their branch. But if someone could lead them to make more money, that would be a different story.

Wyatt made a point of seeing off the ten elders before returning to the living room to sit down.

"How about it, Frank? Do you hate me so much you want to kill me?"

But you don't have that ability. You will lose everything, even your shares will be used to pay off debts, because you don't have the money. Father, don't you agree?

Nicholas didn't say anything; he just stood there with his head down.

"Alright, that's settled. Now it's Kelly Brown's turn."

Father, you are truly my good father. Did you know they were together before you found me a wife? You like being cuckolded, but I, Wyatt, cannot.

"Kelly Brown, come here. Don't be afraid. I, Wyatt, am a gentleman and won't lay a hand on you. Here, these are the divorce papers. Sign them. If you don't want to sign, that's fine too. Go and get an abortion. I'll make sure you're Wyatt's wife for life, but I hope you can hold out for a few more years. You have ten minutes to think it over."

Wyatt checked the time; it was so late, now was a good time to call Zhang Hongmei, but he didn't want these people to hear. They were disgusting; being around them made the air stink.
