Actually, I don’t have any special words to say about finishing the book. The only feeling I have right now is mental exhaustion.
The main reason is that I wrote the second ending of the previous book "Sacred Ruins", which connected time with the other side of deep space, and I had almost no rest. I had announced in advance that the book would be released on May Day, and I felt embarrassed to let it down again.
If you ask me what special experience I had when writing the book Beyond Deep Space, it really corresponds to some of the feelings in daily life, just like driving while tired on the highway, mentally exhausted, but driving super fast.
In this state in the early stage, an accident really happened. The most important "worldly life" plot originally designed for the book did not have time to come out and was actually turned over. I was also stunned at the time. From then on, this book ran all the way from the fork in the road to another path.
Book friends who haven’t read Deep Space don’t have to worry. Although the route was partially changed, after some collisions and knocks, it finally moved forward naturally and smoothly, and successfully arrived at its original destination.
So, I'm going to take a long vacation this time, maybe about a year, to get back on track. I have a lot of other minor ailments now, such as back pain from sitting for a long time, and I'm worried about a herniated disc, so I need to rest and then exercise.
Then there is the average subscription that many book friends often ask about. It has passed the integer threshold, but I didn’t say anything special at the time. The 24-hour subscription for a single chapter is over 100,000. Because of the anti-theft measures in the middle, the average subscription is not as high as the subscription.
