The sound of rushing water, carrying heat and a familiar scent, wafted out.
Chi Xia's face turned as red as it could possibly be, but thankfully, the snow, half a meter high, shielded her from view after she crouched down in the circle.
Han Junche stood with his back to her and suddenly said, "Chi Xia, let's get married after we go back. I've already chosen the wedding house."
Chi Xia could hardly believe her ears. She was awkwardly refusing to urinate, and he was actually talking to her about marriage?
Seeing that she didn't answer, Han Junche coughed lightly: "I... I think you'd better promise me, otherwise..."
Halfway through filling the tub, Chi Xia suddenly felt an urge to hold it back: "What else can I do?"
"Otherwise...otherwise I'll turn back."
"Holy crap!"
For the first time in her life, Chi Xia swore. Was this a threat? This was a threat!
Han Junche ignored her swearing. He had already made up his mind before he said that: "I'll count to three, and if you don't say anything, I'll turn around."
Chi Xia finally finished. Although she had a lot of pants, she estimated that three pairs should be enough for her to put on.
So she didn't say anything.
Han Junche spoke up: "3!"
As soon as he uttered those three words, he suddenly turned around.
Chi Xia's pants were pulled up halfway, revealing a patch of white skin...
"Han Junche!!!"
Han Junche glanced at her, then rushed forward and pulled her into his arms, holding her with one hand and helping her pull up her pants with the other: "I love you, marry me, okay?"
Chi Xia was both ashamed and angry. She pushed his hand away and hurriedly pulled up her pants, saying, "You...you...how can you be so shameless!"
"Yeah, I don't care about shame." Han Junche helped her straighten her clothes, then said, "Keep your voice down, they're all looking over here."
Chi Xia looked up and, sure enough, saw everyone looking in her direction.
Her heart felt like it was being scratched by several cat claws, both itchy and painful. Her eyes reddened, and she hissed at him, "How could you do this to me?!"
"because I love you."
Han Junche cupped her face, looked at her reddened eyes, and slowly lowered his head to gently kiss her, from her eyes to the tip of her nose, then to her cheeks, and finally to her lips: "I don't want to quarrel with you anymore for this or that reason. You can call me shameless or shameless, I don't care anymore."
His voice was low and husky, with three parts tenderness and seven parts pleading: "I want you so much that I'm going crazy. Please stop torturing me."
Han Junche pressed his forehead against Chi Xia's forehead, kissing her one kiss after another, and repeated, "Chi Xia, marry me."
Chi Xia felt wronged and angry, and tears involuntarily fell: "How could you do this? It's one thing to propose in the cafeteria, but to threaten me like this when you want to get married... Don't I have any dignity?"
She sobbed softly, "You're not romantic at all! Other people propose with flowers and beautiful scenery, under the moon, but you! You! Either when I'm eating or when I'm in the bathroom!!"
Seeing her accusing expression, Han Junche felt both guilty and wanted to laugh, but he held it in.
Because he knew that once he laughed out loud, not only would marriage be out of the question, but even intimacy with her would be impossible.
So he coughed lightly, suppressed his laughter, and said with a serious face, "I'm sorry, I was wrong. When we get married, I will definitely give you a proper proposal. If you are still not satisfied, how about I kneel on a washboard or a keyboard as punishment? I will kneel until you are satisfied."
Chi Xia thought about how he knelt on the keyboard and pouted, "You said it yourself!"
