The door was not closed, and by the time the light came in, they had already covered themselves with blankets.
"Mother--"
Zhou Xinya walked in barefoot. "What's wrong?"
She thought she just heard her mother crying in pain, or perhaps calling out.
Guo Zhimeng also woke up.
What exactly happened?
There was also a power outage.
"Dad?" Zhou Xinya shone her flashlight over, but then she still didn't understand.
Why is Dad here too?
She thought her mother was crying because she was afraid of the dark.
However, since Dad is also here, does that mean—
"Dad, did you bully Mom?"
As Zhou Xinya walked in step by step, she was carrying a flashlight.
Sun Lifang felt like a prisoner.
"Mom, don't you think so?" Zhou Xinya sighed like a little adult.
She knew that people who do bad things will never admit their mistakes.
But she heard it with her own ears, so it can't be wrong.
Sun Lifang shook her head, "No, your father didn't bully me."
"Go back to sleep."
Unexpectedly, Zhou Xinya wrinkled her nose upon hearing this.
She had watched the detective cartoon.
They quickly realized something was wrong.
The truth cannot be hidden!
"Aren't you hot?" Zhou Xinya asked suddenly after circling around.
She was actually half awakened by the heat.
"It's so hot, why are you still using blankets?"
As she spoke, she bent down and, like Sherlock Holmes, shone the flashlight onto the blanket.
Something must have happened that I don't know about.
Sun Lifang secretly pinched Zhou Yunshi from below.
She's not wearing anything right now.
The man laughed leisurely, seemingly fearless, which made Sun Lifang even more annoyed.
She kicked Zhou Yunshi with her foot.
Winking—
Get your daughter away from here right now.
However, Zhou Xinya was not easily fooled. She tilted her head slightly and asked, "Mom, what are you winking at?"
Zhou Yunshi chuckled softly and beckoned, "Ya Ya, come here."
What, come here?
Sun Lifang desperately wanted her daughter to leave, but the man insisted she come back.
Thinking of this, she quietly wrapped herself tighter in the blanket.
Zhou Xinya is very shrewd. Since she can't get rid of him, she'll just hand him over to her father.
“Come here, Daddy has something to tell you,” Zhou Yunshi said to his daughter.
The little girl glanced at her mother again and decided to listen to the "suspect's" testimony first.
Zhou Xinya walked towards her father step by step, when she suddenly heard her mother say from behind, "Look!"
My dad snatched the flashlight from my hand.
"I've been tricked!" By the time Zhou Xinya realized it, her father had already picked her up.
The flashlight was turned off, and the room was pitch black.
Sun Lifang quickly looked for clothes to wear.
Fortunately, she mostly wears loose-fitting maternity clothes now, so she can put them on in no time.
While things were in such a hurry here, Zhou Yunshi was leisurely taking his daughter to "fix the power switch".
He was wearing his clothes intact, except that a few buttons were loose.
Only I am in a sorry state.
No wonder they weren't flustered at all.
hateful.
When the lights came back on, Sun Lifang tidied up the bedroom, then turned around—
That one moment almost scared her heart out.
When did a little girl start squatting in the corner where the bed meets the floor?
Isn't it just Zhou Xinya?
When did Guo Zhimeng with the watermelon head hairstyle come in?
The little girl squatted there, her head down.
After calling out twice, Sun Lifang quickly realized something was wrong.
"Ya Ya—"
"husband--"
"Come here quickly!"
The little girl squatted there with her legs tucked in, not moving, and wouldn't get up no matter who called her.
"Mengmeng, what's wrong?" Sun Lifang softened her voice, "Tell Auntie what's wrong."
With her encouragement, the little girl finally raised her head.
He revealed a face streaked with tears.
"What's wrong?" Sun Lifang was having a hard time squatting like that, so she tried to help her stand up.
The little girl just kept crying.
The father and daughter who had finished fixing the power switch returned.
When Zhou Xinya saw her friend crying, she wriggled off her father's arms like a live fish and ran over to her friend. "Why are you crying? Tell me."
"I—" The little girl opened her mouth wide, and snot started running down her nose.
She sniffled and said, "My stomach hurts."
"Waaaaah—my stomach hurts so much."
Guo Zhimeng took the tissue with teary eyes, repeatedly saying, "My stomach hurts."
Actually, her stomach started hurting that night, but she didn't say anything.
Because her mother told her, "Don't cause trouble in other people's homes."
But my stomach really hurts.
"Are you hungry?" Zhou Xinya hugged her friend. "You didn't eat much tonight."
"no."
The little girl's chubby arms were covered in tears. "It started hurting this afternoon, it hurts so much."
Upon hearing this, Zhou Yunshi had already grabbed the car keys and picked up the little girl.
"Dad, I want to go too."
Zhou Xinya put on her sandals and was going too.
Zhou Yunshi looked at his wife—
Sun Lifang nodded. "Let's go together."
The girl had a stomachache on her first day of boarding school, so we had to go and see what was wrong.
The car drove towards the hospital, and Zhou Xinya looked at her friends with worry.
I glanced at it again and again.
Finally, Sun Lifang spoke up, "Zhou Xinya, is there anything you want to say?"
It seems she knows something.
However, Zhou Xinya kept her head down, playing with her fingers, and didn't say anything.
