"Get up, let's talk."
When Sun Lifang returned, her daughter was already standing where she could see her, holding a conch shell.
The small problems don't need to be solved; let's solve the big ones.
"Do you have a problem with me? Do you dislike my friends?"
By the time she sat down, Sun Lifang's emotions had calmed down considerably.
She didn't want an answer; perhaps she should calm down first.
Why can't you hold back your words? You speak softly instead of harshly.
It seems others were right.
There are no couples in the world who don't argue.
The fact that her friend was "driven away" today is enough to make Sun Lifang angry for a long time.
When someone is emotionally unstable and speaks rudely, encountering another person who is inexplicably criticized and angered is destined to be a farce.
However, Zhou Yunshi will not allow such a thing to happen.
"Hmm." The man leaned back against the pillow and responded softly, "I don't like it."
Oh wow, this one sentence confirmed Sun Lifang's idea.
My friend, you have to give me face even if you don't like it!
So you did that on purpose just now?
Given Zhou Yunshi's exceptional social skills, how could the conversation possibly fall flat?
So, that was intentional on purpose.
Yoshiko Takeuchi isn't a child. She's got such high emotional and intellectual intelligence; how could she not see that you don't welcome her?
However, no matter what emotions Sun Lifang had in her heart, she couldn't express them now.
This is a trivial matter and not worth bringing up to criticize the other party.
Everyone has emotions, and it's understandable that Zhou Yunshi wanted his own private space after a long day at work.
If the other person has emotions, then you also have emotions.
Theoretically speaking, no one is wrong.
To avoid escalating the conflict, Sun Lifang closed her eyes and suppressed her turbulent emotions. "Okay, then you can rest a bit more."
After saying that, he was about to get up.
Even though her wrist was grabbed, Sun Lifang didn't turn around.
It shouldn't be like that; you should be understanding.
When she was studying, [Zhiyuan] repeatedly reminded her, "Don't argue with the other person over trivial matters; those who achieve great things remain calm."
It's understandable that Zhou Yunshi didn't verbally ask him to leave, and strictly speaking, there's nothing wrong with that.
I'm just being too sensitive and too demanding.
Does one person have to like what another likes?
That's so unfair.
Even though both sides tried to see things from each other's perspectives, Sun Lifang still felt wronged.
"It was wrong of me to leave you alone."
"None of your business."
Zhou Yunshi had already gotten up and walked up to her, but he just looked at her without saying a word.
He pulled her hand tightly, drawing her into his lap.
"I'm not angry, don't do this."
Sun Lifang's standard for herself is the perfect wife.
How could a wife get angry over such a trivial matter?
She loved to act, but she couldn't hide it from Zhou Yunshi.
The man lifted her chin, looked her in the eye, and suddenly asked, "Then why are your eyes red?"
"If you won't show it to me, then don't cry."
Did you cry?
Sun Lifang initially only felt a bit stuffy in her nasal cavity and her eyes were sore.
Now that she's been told that, tears welled up in her eyes. "It's all your fault, it's all your fault."
Zhou Yunshi ran his fingers through her hair, letting her cry in his arms.
"Yes, it's all my fault." The man said, seemingly with a smile. "I made a mistake and didn't act well."
What kind of performance?
Sun Lifang, supporting herself on the man's chest muscles, looked at him with red eyes, "Who told you to act?"
"If you don't like it, you don't like it. Who forced you to—"
The rest of the words were left unsaid.
The soft, smooth texture and simple contact were no longer enough for Zhou Yunshi.
It felt as if a fire had been lit in his heart, spreading wildly like weeds, suddenly growing rampant in his chest and blood.
It's itchy.
Sun Lifang was in a daze from the kisses when she was suddenly released and saw that the man had already locked the door.
"Hey, didn't we come here to talk about business?"
"Calm down, calm down—"
A woman's strength is no less than a man's, and Sun Lifang was already weak and powerless after becoming pregnant.
I tried to push it at first, but then Zhou Yunshi was just too skillful—
I was having trouble breathing, not to mention my sore and weak arms.
"Alright, let's have a proper chat now."
The man stood motionless on either side of her, his dark eyes fixed on her.
This left Sun Lifang at a loss for words.
Zhou Yunshi noticed this and spoke first, "Why don't you call me 'baby'?"
"She's so gentle when she talks to my best friend, but when she talks to me—"
"Calm down?"
"Ah, no, that's not it, don't move."
Sun Lifang realized she had underestimated men's shamelessness; how could they possibly win favor under such circumstances?
She stopped moving abruptly. The man turned and embraced her, his voice low and husky, "Will you ever be able to stay calm again?"
The word "calm" now has a double meaning.
Sun Lifang bit her shoulder angrily.
The man hissed and brushed her hair aside. "Please don't bite me, okay?"
bite?
I didn't bite you.
But she soon realized what it meant.
"Calm down properly, and don't call that person 'baby' anymore."
"OK?"
"No good." Sun Lifang was born rebellious and couldn't stand men "bullying others with their power," but she was being bullied by them.
Even so, they wouldn't budge.
"Okay, then let's take a step back and be this gentle with me too, okay?" Zhou Yunshi coaxed gently, lowering his head to lightly kiss the woman's forehead to ease her tension.
