Chen Yu hesitated for a moment, deleting and retyping the message, unsure of the best way to phrase it. Wang Yue, not receiving a reply from Chen Yu, sent another message.

Chen Yu stammered as he spoke, and his grip was uneven, squeezing Shen Yan so hard it hurt. He suspected that Chen Yu was retaliating against him.
Wang Yue sat on the chair somewhat awkwardly. It was the first time she had seen Chen Yu and Shen Yan so harmonious. In the past, Chen Yu would always be furious when she saw Shen Yan, either complaining or cursing.
