Even Shen Yan, who was standing at his doorstep, heard it, and the little devil in his heart ran out once again.
Little Devil: "Shen Yan, let's quickly curse her to death."
Faced with the little devil's words, Shen Yan chose to remain silent. He did hate Chen Yu, but he never wanted her to die. Seeing everyone busy searching in the forest, he did not hesitate to take a flashlight and join them.

He was suddenly overjoyed and followed the footprints, but they quickly disappeared. The soil was wet here, so there were footprints, but the soil was drier later, so Chen Yu's footprints disappeared.
But at least he knew that Chen Yu was heading this way.
After thinking for a while, Shen Yan decided to continue searching ahead. He was a little puzzled as to why everyone was searching on that side but not on this side. He didn't dwell on it and quickly found the fork in the road. He carefully observed the ground and found footprints. He quickly chose a path.
Chen Yu sat on the lawn, leaning against a tree, and fell asleep. She was hungry, cold, and sleepy, and felt completely exhausted. She felt severely dehydrated and didn't even have the strength to open her eyes. Suddenly, she heard light footsteps. Chen Yu was a little scared and tried to open her eyes, but she had no strength at all.
"Chen Yu!"
When Chen Yu heard the deep voice, she was pleasantly surprised. She hadn't expected it to be Chen Yan who had come to find her. She let down her guard and eventually fainted.
"Chen Yu!" Shen Yan called her name again, squatted down in front of Chen Yu and shook her shoulder. When he saw that she didn't notice him, he realized that she had fainted. After thinking for a moment, he decided to carry Chen Yu out.
As night fell, the air grew colder and colder. Chen Yan walked along, pondering his route. He draped his coat over Chen Yu, causing him to shiver in the cold wind. After walking for a while, he realized he had taken the wrong path.
Shen Yan was getting a little impatient. He made a mark on a tree on one side and walked in another direction. He walked for a long time but still couldn't see the fork in the road. He started to get anxious, but he forced himself to stay calm. He made another mark and planned to go in the other direction, but then his flashlight ran out of power. He found a place to put Chen Yu down.
The only hope now is that Uncle Chen Le will find his way here.
However, Chen Le was on the other side.
"Let's go take a look over there."
"Are you crazy, Chen Le? There are black bears over there! If we disturb them, none of us will survive!"
"We've searched this whole area, it must be over there."
Chen Le insisted on going there to search, but the search team, for safety reasons, insisted that they could only go in the morning. Chen Le looked at everyone angrily, "Fine, I'll go myself." He had to find Chen Yu today.

"What did you say? Chen Yu and Shen Yan have disappeared!?"
Chen Kang's furious voice came through the phone. He listened to Chen Le's words in disbelief. How could a perfectly healthy person be lost?
"Yes...yes, I went to my friend's farm yesterday..."
"Chen Le, are you crazy? How old are they? Are you even their uncle? If anything happens to them, I'll never forgive you."
Chen Kang angrily hung up the phone, got up and dressed. He looked at the plane tickets for tonight; the earliest flight was at 6 a.m., but he still felt uneasy. No wonder he felt uncomfortable while eating tonight.
Li Ziyun almost fainted when she heard the news. Chen Yu was her only precious daughter. Although she was usually willful and capricious, she was still very sensible. She collapsed onto Chen Kang, crying, "What should I do, husband? Waaah, we only have one daughter!"
"It's alright, honey. Our Yuyu is so smart, she'll definitely survive. Shen Yan will definitely be with Yuyu too. That child is very clever."

In her dream, she returned to the carefree self she was as a child, but the dream changed again, and she returned to her college days. In the dream, she frantically searched for Chen Yan's figure, but she couldn't find him when she woke up.
Chen Yu sat up abruptly from Shen Yan's embrace, her hand resting on Shen Yan's, feeling the warmth emanating from his hand.
"Shen Yan, why are you so hot?" She only realized her throat was hoarse when she said those words.
Chen Yu shook Shen Yan's body, but Shen Yan didn't respond at all. Only then did Chen Yu realize that something was wrong. She reached out and touched Shen Yan's head, and it was so hot that she pulled her hand back. Shen Yan had a fever.
