Chapter 33: World Three Extra: Is this how you raise your children? (Part 3)

Lang Xi stood up to get out of bed, but suddenly froze in the middle of the movement. The boy froze in place, then immediately reacted. At the same time, last night's dream flooded into his mind.

In the dream, Bai Zi held him gently, kissed his wolf ears from time to time, and said things like "I won't look for anyone else, as long as our baby Xiao Xi is okay." Lang Xi felt dizzy and immersed in the beautiful dream, unable to wake up.

Now Lang Xi felt like his face was about to burn. He covered his pants and rushed into the bathroom. He only came out after confirming again and again that all the evidence had been destroyed.

Lang Xi was still nervous as he went downstairs for breakfast, afraid that Bai Zi would discover something. However, the housekeeper informed him that his husband had gone to the company early in the morning. Bai Zi was the behind-the-scenes boss of a well-known entertainment company, and Lang Xi had always known about it, but Bai Zi had never seemed to pay much attention to official business before.

"Is there something wrong with the company?" Lang Xi asked the butler.

The butler shook his head and said nothing. For the first time, Lang Xi finished his meal with a tasteless taste. Did Bai Zi find out? Could Bai Zi, being so clever, have guessed that he was dreaming about himself? Did Bai Zi find him disgusting and avoid him by going to the company? Bai Zi really preferred those men and women...

Lang Xi felt as if his heart was weighed down by a thousand pounds. Never before had he wanted to find a place to hide more than before.

Bai Zi was indeed busy, but he also had some selfish motives to avoid Lang Xi. He wanted to sort out his feelings for Lang Xi and think carefully about their future. He couldn't act rashly and scare Lang Xi.

Bai Zi hadn't figured it out, but being overly cautious and trapped by love wasn't in the Fox's nature. She thought about taking things one step at a time, not letting Lang Xi get the upper hand over someone else. At noon, Bai Zi returned to the villa and learned from the housekeeper that Lang Xi hadn't left his bedroom all morning and had said he didn't want to eat lunch.

Bai Zi went upstairs and gently opened the bedroom door. The quilt on the big bed in the middle of the room was bulging and rising and falling.

"Xiao Xi? You..." Bai Zi paused as she pulled back the quilt. Lang Xi, curled up in the quilt, was sobbing while hugging his pillow, tears streaming down his face.

Bai Zi's heart seemed to be grabbed by someone, "What's wrong? What happened?"

Lang Xi wiped his eyes, his voice trembling, "Don't hate me... Don't abandon me."

Bai Zi wrapped him in her arms and said, "Of course I don't hate you. How could I possibly give up on you after raising you to this age?"

Lang Xi felt a little more confident, buried her head in his arms, and said in a muffled voice, "You are not allowed to take those people either."

Bai Zi took a moment to realize who he was talking about. She was a little amused, "How come you still remember this?"

Lang Xi didn't say anything, probably because he felt embarrassed.

"But Langxi, I will also have my own partner, and so will you. You can't stop me... well..."

Before Bai Zi could finish her words, Lang Xi covered her mouth. Lang Xi's tears, which had just stopped, showed signs of bursting out again. "No, no! You can only have me... woooo."

Bai Zi felt sorry for him and stopped teasing him. She kissed his ear soothingly. Lang Xi was stunned when he felt it. "Since you don't allow it, then Xiao Xi will be my partner, okay?"

Lang Xi suddenly raised his head and bumped into Bai Zi's chin. Lang Xi ignored the pain in his forehead and stared at him with burning eyes, just like when he stared at Bai Zi at the beginning to see if he lied to Bai Zi and refused to give him the lobster.

Bai Zi just smiled and looked back at him intently, but her palms were actually covered with a thin layer of sweat.

"Yes! I do!" Lang Xi spoke faster than his brain. After confirming that Bai Zi was not joking, he blurted out immediately.

Bai Zi restrained his careless smile and said, "Have you thought it through? If you have, there will be no chance to regret it."

Before Lang Xi could answer, the vixen sealed his lips with hers. The vixen kissed him impatiently, as if she had been waiting for this kiss.

From the very beginning, Bai Zi didn't give him any chance to regret.
