Chapter 195 Yongheng (Part 3)

"Look what that is?!"

Following the direction Wan Ke pointed, the group saw a blue object lying on the vast expanse of white snow.

The group walked over, and only when they got closer could they see that it was a blue hairband. Mo Qi picked up the blue hairband from the ground and said with certainty, "This is the hairband that Yong Heng wore today."

The group felt a little relieved when they saw Yongheng's hairband.

Hua looked at the hairband belonging to Yong Heng in Mo Qi's hand and said, "Since his hairband appeared here, it means that those monsters did not kill him. At least he should be safe now."

Tu Er: "Hua Hua is right. Now we know at least that the monster doesn't want to kill Yong Heng. Otherwise, it would have killed him right where those corpses were created, instead of bringing him here."

The wind and snow were howling, and it seemed that nothing could be heard except the sound of the wind.

The hairband belonged to Yongheng. Hua then used the hairband as a link to set up a small spell, so that the hairband would lead them to its owner.

The group walked and stopped for at least half a day, but all they could see was a vast expanse of white.

Several people were getting a little impatient.

Tu Er frowned, looking at Chu Yu with furrowed brows, and said, "Chu Yu, this hairband has been guiding us forward, but we've walked for so long and all we've seen is snow and ice. Could it be that those monsters discovered what Yong Heng left behind and are deliberately making us look in the wrong direction?"

Chu Yu took a few steps forward and looked directly at Tu Er and the others, saying with certainty, "No, Liao Liao's Spirit Tracking Technique has never made a mistake."

They didn't know about Hua, but Chu Yu was very familiar with Hua's abilities in this area. This should be related to Hua's physical body and her cultivation of the Breaking Illusion Zither. Hua was always more talented than everyone else when it came to anything related to the soul.

Hua controlled the magic on the headband and said solemnly, "Yong Heng's aura disappeared here."

Hua manipulated the hairband, infusing it with more magic in an attempt to find any clues about Yong Heng, but to no avail. The blue hairband simply spun around in place before completely losing control and falling to the ground.

What's going on?

"how so?"

What's the situation now?

Tu Er and the others exclaimed in surprise. Hua and Chu Yu exchanged a glance, and their long-standing tacit understanding allowed them to quickly grasp each other's thoughts.

Chu Yu said coldly, "You all step back."

Hearing Chu Yu's words, the others had no doubts and followed him back a bit, keeping a distance of ten meters from Chu Yu.

Chu Yu slashed fiercely at the spot where the hairband had just stopped.

"boom."

With Chu Yu's feet as the boundary, this icy and snowy world was divided in two, and a huge crack appeared before their eyes.

Before Hua and the others could get close, they saw some deformed monsters crawling out of the huge crack. Their upper bodies were humanoid, but their lower bodies were scorpions.

Tu Er: "What kind of monster is this?!"

Mo Qi: "This is the first time I've ever seen something like this."

As they spoke, the monsters moved with incredible speed, appearing on the snow in the blink of an eye.

Chu Yu was more than capable of dealing with them, but there were simply too many of them. When the monsters realized they couldn't gain any advantage over Chu Yu, they spontaneously crawled towards them.

Several people pulled out their special weapons and attacked them regardless of whether they were useful or not.

But the abyss within that crack was like a bottomless pit; no matter how many they dealt with, monsters kept crawling out.
