Chapter 123 (7,000 words) My inner thoughts are rotten...

The spring rain continued for more than a month before it finally stopped.

The sky cleared up, and Yin Xing's condition finally improved a lot. He didn't look so listless anymore.

But Xuan Yizheng's behavior was somewhat abnormal and hard to explain.

In the afternoon, Yin Xing took a medicinal bath to ward off the cold. He saw Xuan Yizheng standing not far away, looking through documents. She looked calm, her beautiful eyes were clear, and her long eyelashes trembled slightly, casting mottled shadows. She looked quiet and peaceful, and it seemed that she no longer had the worry on her face.

When Yin Xing stepped out of the bathtub, the water droplets made a clear sound. Xuan Yizheng took a long towel and wiped the water droplets off his body. His movements were gentle and focused, without any teasing behavior as usual.

Yin Xing looked at Xuan Yizhen, who was bending over in front of him. His brows were soft and he looked particularly gentle and kind. He said with a warm feeling in his heart, "Actually, I can take the medicinal bath by myself. Yizhen doesn't need to accompany me."

Xuan Yizhen's gaze fell on Yin Xing's slightly rosy cheeks, like a delicate spring peach. He raised his hand to tie her small dress to cover her body and replied solemnly, "Of course not. What if you faint?"

No matter what happens in this world, Xuan Yizheng can handle success or failure with ease.

Only if something happens to Yin Xing, Xuan Yizheng will be so scared that he will be helpless and unable to take even the slightest risk.

Seeing this, Yin Xing didn't say anything more.

After all, it's not just a bath, even Yin Xing has to be fed by Xuan Yizheng to drink tea, as if he is too sick to take care of himself.

It was a rare sunny spring day, and Yin Xing wanted to leave the palace, so Xuan Yizheng put on layer after layer of clothes, making him look like a fat snowman.

Most of the branches in the palace were covered with tender buds. After Yin Xing walked around, he felt a little hot.

Xuan Yizhen wiped Yin Xing's sweat with an embroidered handkerchief, touched her cheek with her fingertips, frowned and said, "You are a little too weak."

Yin Xing blinked, hesitantly looking at the gentle and considerate Xuan Yizhen in front of him, wondering if this wasn't just the heat?!

But now, in Xuan Yizheng's eyes, he was like a snowman that was about to melt at any moment, as if any little thing could be fatal.

"Yizhen, I think it's better to let Liu Ci come to treat it. Maybe it won't be that bad?" Yin Xing said weakly, not wanting to hurt Xuan Yizhen's concern and kindness.

"How can outsiders understand your body better than I do?" Xuan Yizheng raised his hand to adjust the fox fur coat that Yin Xingxing was wearing. His fingertips brushed across the snow-white fur, and he deliberately gathered it together, saying very seriously.

When Yin Xing heard this, he didn't dare to refute it anymore, otherwise it would be a way of admitting that he trusted outsiders more.

This topic is extremely dangerous!

Soon, the two returned to the well-heated hall. Yin Xing raised his hand to untie his fox fur coat and felt relaxed.

The female official Chun Li paused behind the curtain and said respectfully, "Your Majesty, I just received news that the head of the Xiahou family has passed away."

Xuan Yizhen changed Yin Xing into clean clothes and buttoned up her coat to prevent a relapse of her illness. He replied calmly, "Then issue a decree of mourning. Bury her according to the regulations for a duke, place her spirit tablet in the imperial temple, and order Xiahou Qing to succeed the position of head of the family and accept the bestowed title."

"As you command." The female official responded and retreated.

Yin Xing asked curiously, "Didn't the late emperor have a very ugly quarrel with the Xiahou family?"

Such a high standard of funeral just sounds very unusual.

"No matter how ugly it is, the Xiahou family also has hereditary titles. What's more, even a centipede is still alive after death. That battle was not fatal." As he spoke, Xuan Yizheng took Yin Xing to sit down, and turned to serve her ginseng soup. He paused, touched the temperature with his palm, and felt it was just right.

"Is that so? What kind of person is Xiahou Qing?" Yin Xing opened his mouth skillfully and drank the ginseng soup without having to do it himself.

Xuan Yizhen glanced at Yin Xing's clear eyes and said calmly, "She is Xiahou Shao's sister. She has played in polo matches and is quite good. Don't you have any impression of her?"

Yin Xing tried hard to think, and after thinking for a while, he replied, "I seem to have some impression, but not much."

However, thinking that the other person was Xiahou Shao's sister, Yin Xing didn't want to understand at all and just shut up and drank the soup.

"Then it seems that Xiahou Qing's appearance is not as appealing to you as the Third Princess'."

“Ahem!”

This sudden turn of events really caught Yin Xing off guard.

Xuan Yizhen wiped Yin Xing's mouth with an embroidered handkerchief and said nonchalantly, "Why are you so flustered?"

Yin Xing looked at Xuan Yizhen innocently, who was asking questions knowingly, and stammered, "Yizhen, am I such a playboy?"

"Of course not, I was just talking casually." Xuan Yizheng continued to feed Yin Xing ginseng soup. Thinking of how haggard he looked before and being seen by her, he still felt a little bothered.

"Okay." Seeing Xuan Yizheng's indifferent expression, Yin Xing didn't ask any more questions.

I always feel that my concern for other people's affairs will make Xuan Yizheng even weirder.

The thin sunlight outside the window moves slowly, and the light is thin, but it is still a little brighter than in winter, bringing some vitality.

As night fell, on the outskirts of the capital, vendors from the small town market packed up and went home one after another. The cold wind blew and shook the lanterns, making the scene seem a little gray and dark.

Suddenly, a lantern fell to the ground and the flames leaped. A ghostly blue fire suddenly appeared in the alley, with bloody corpses lying in it. A vendor pushing a cart screamed in shock, and chaos soon broke out.

The local officials and guards quickly cordoned off the scene and reported the case to the Dali Temple overnight for trial.

The sky was gray and gloomy. Shangguan Sheng led the Dali Temple detectives to investigate. They saw three or two female Taoists performing rituals, and many people were watching devoutly.

When the flames of the talisman in the Taoist woman's hand leaped, human-shaped ashes appeared on the ground, causing even more exclamations.

Shangguan Sheng frowned, stepped forward and jumped over the flying talisman paper, glanced at the burnt lantern, and walked into the depths of the alley. He saw that the corpses were so unrecognizable that others might not be able to tell them apart.

But some time ago, Shangguan Sheng sent people to investigate the whereabouts of money in the red-light district, so he was naturally very familiar with it.

The mastermind behind this is indeed a powerful force. No wonder there has been no news from him. Shangguan Sheng looked solemn.

When the sun rose in the sky, silently illuminating the vibrant spring flowers, the rumors about the murderer became more and more intense.

The people in the capital city followed suit and made the story sound vivid and realistic.

"The Taoist nun was right. It's indeed a ghost. Those people died in such a miserable way that not a single piece of skin remained intact!"

"Once the will-o'-the-wisp appears, there will definitely be deaths. Thanks to the protection of Taoist Nun Yiqing, our country has not suffered any major disaster."

The restaurant was bustling with people, the sound of constant discussion. Jiang Yun listened to the fresh and bizarre rumors and tilted his head to look at Su Xuying. It was rare to see such a money-grubber not fiddling with her calculations, so he jokingly said, "You seem to be very free lately?"

Su Xuying held the glittering golden fan and immediately rolled her eyes. Jiang Yunying said, "Yun Zhangsi is under house arrest. The entire Yun family is leaderless, and you refuse to inherit the title. If I'm too active, people might suspect me of having ulterior motives."

"To be honest, I think you are very suitable to inherit the old man's legacy. If it were me, I would have had a farewell dinner long ago."

"Don't even think about dragging me down with you. It's time to save Yun Zhangsi."

Jiang Yun drank his wine slowly and sighed softly, "There's solid evidence of what the old man did. What can I do?"

Treason is a serious crime punishable by the death of nine generations of the family. The empress has not directly sentenced him to death, which is obviously a pardon outside the law.

Su Xuying said seriously, "Yes, you are the sworn sister of the Yin family of Xizhou. If you devote all your efforts to recommending the establishment of a new empress, the empress will definitely give you a lighter sentence and even give the Yun family more important positions."

Now everyone in the court knows what the empress is thinking, but Ji Zhangsi and Xin Zhangsi are against it.

But it was obvious that the officials could not guard against the Empress's thoughts and means, so she openly brought the Yin family of Xizhou to participate in the ancestral temple at the beginning of the year.

It would be beneficial for the Yun family to take sides now, and it would also avoid escalating conflicts.

If the two are evenly matched, perhaps the two managers will still want to give it a try, but if they have an absolute advantage, it will be easier to stabilize the situation.

"If I really do this, I will completely become the empress's knife, and there will be no way for me to leave the court and live a peaceful life in the future." Jiang Yun thought of Liu Ci and the little girl, and refused without any hesitation.

What is at stake is the bloodline of the next heir to the Wanqi family. It is far more than just an internal factional dispute. Once it begins, it will not be so easy to end.

Since Chief Yun is so stubborn, the other chiefs are probably not easy to get along with either, otherwise the empress would not be so defensive and intimidate her own people.

Hearing this, Su Xuying's heart sank, and she spoke solemnly, "Your mother was willing to die for the Wanqi family and her clan. Do you really want to watch the Yunzhangsi and the Yun family fall and let her die with regret?"

After he finished speaking, Jiang Yun put down his wine cup and fiddled with the purple orchid sword tassel with his fingertips. His heroic eyes rarely showed any smile. He said angrily, "My mother never died for the benefit of a particular family. You and that old man don't understand her intentions at all, and you are not qualified to say that she died with regrets."

After he finished speaking, Jiang Yun stood up and hurriedly left the restaurant, holding the reins in his hand and galloping all the way.

When Jiang Yun was young, his mother taught him how to study and practice martial arts. Initially, he did not like to study and endure hardships, and often tried to find ways to skip classes.

The mother was not angry, but just waited as usual every day. Jiang Yun could study when he had played enough, no matter how late it was.

The noble children of the dynasty never had to worry about food, drink and entertainment, and because of their status, they could be recommended to serve as officials in the court. Therefore, Jiang Yun did not understand why his mother was so diligent.

Until one day, Jiang Yun's mother told her the answer. She said that many women in the dynasty did not have the opportunity to study, so if you can learn, you should learn as much as you can, so that you will not be bullied by bad people in the future, and you can also help more elderly, weak, women and children.

At that time, Jiang Yun just thought he was doing something chivalrous and did not realize the special meaning of his mother.

When Jiang Yun grew up, he found that even wives of officials only wanted their sons to become successful. For their daughters, they mostly hoped that they would marry into a good family and spend their lives with them, letting them drift with the flow like duckweed.

If you think about it carefully, it is precisely because my mother comes from the Wanqi family, which is a family headed by a female, that she has always acted in an unconventional way.

"Go!" Jiang Yun became angrier the more he thought about it. No wonder his mother left the old man that year.

The heads of the Wanqi family only wanted to secure their own interests and had no intention of benefiting the world.

Nobles are nobility. Regardless of gender, they are all obsessed with profit. They are all thinking about scheming and fighting. It's disgusting.

Not long after, Jiang Yun arrived at Yun Zhangsi's residence. The palace guards were heavily guarded, but they did not stop him.

Walking from the outside into the hall, Jiang Yun's expression changed slightly when he saw the many spirit tablets in the hall because he saw his mother's surname.

The gray-haired Cloud Chief, standing guard, placed the incense stick in his hand and said slowly, "Did His Majesty order you to take my life?"

Jiang Yun collected his thoughts and replied, "You're overthinking it. Your Majesty doesn't have that much free time. I'm here to tell you something on behalf of my mother."

"What's up?"

"Everything you did was wrong. My mother died for the suffering of the elderly, the weak, women, and children in the world. She didn't die for the prosperity of the Wanqi family, but to open up a broad path."

Even though Empress Wanqi, whom his mother trusted and followed, had personal selfish motives, Jiang Yun believed in his mother's righteousness.

Yun Zhangsi turned around and looked at Jiang Yun in a daze. He didn't say anything. He looked at her for a long time before speaking: "Okay, I understand."

Jiang Yun didn't understand the old man's indifferent reaction, and of course he didn't want to explore it. As he stepped out of the hall, he continued, "Su Xuying is an excellent heir, far more suitable than me. So you don't have to give me your expectations and guilt towards your mother, and there's no need to vent your anger on anyone else. That was your mother's own choice."

After that, the footsteps faded away. Yun Zhangsi looked at the figure leisurely, as if it were overlapping, and then once again moved away from him. Sadness appeared in his eyes, and he murmured, "This child is so much like you."

Outside the hall, the spring sunshine was bright, the sun was high in the sky, the orioles were flying and the grass was lush. At this time, two important figures were replaced in the court one after another.

Xiahou Qing inherited the position of the head of the Xiahou family, and Yun Zhangsi recommended a younger generation to take over the responsibilities.

When Su Xuying first attended court, she mentioned the issue of establishing a new emperor and expressed her position, which made the elders of the Wanqi family look very embarrassed.

After the morning court session ended, Su Xuying saw Jiang Yun patrolling from afar. She didn't expect that Jiang Yun really didn't care about the Wanqi family's identity, and her mind was complicated for a moment.

Su Xuying knew that Jiang Yun was usually not angry, but if she was angry, it would be difficult to reconcile with him, so she could only hesitate.

The wind blows, the clouds roll and disperse, and as the issue of establishing a queen is mentioned again, undercurrents surge in the court, and different camps gradually emerge.

At this moment, Yin Xing in the palace was unaware that he had caused a storm, and instead was concentrating on making a new kite.

Because Xuan Yizhen said he would take him for an outing, Yin Xing's eyes and brows were filled with joy.

In previous years, Xuan Yizheng rarely took the initiative to mention going out, but this year it was very unusual.

Especially when he caught a cold during the night tour during the Lantern Festival, Yin Xing thought Xuan Yizheng would never allow him to go out again in his life.

After all, Yin Xing has been taken care of by Xuan Yizheng like a critically ill patient recently. He has been given everything he wants, and he has been treated like a waste.

On the other side, Xuan Yizhen's jade hands flipped through the court documents regarding the emperor's succession, her expression calm. Her peripheral vision fell on the plump carp kite made by Yin Xing, its bright red color attracting the eye. She said, "You seem to be becoming more and more skilled and sophisticated in making kites."

Yin Xing smiled and arched his eyebrows, "Hehe, I think so too. If Yizhen doesn't become the emperor, maybe I can sell kites to earn money to support my family!"

"Is that so? Thank you for your hard work." Xuan Yizheng blinked her beautiful eyes slightly, but still couldn't hide her smile, and spoke very cooperatively.

"It's not hard, it's not hard. I enjoy it." Yin Xing said with an infatuated look in her eyes.

Speaking of which, Yin Xing thought Xuan Yizheng would prefer elegant and beautiful kites, but she didn't expect her to make a fat carp kite herself, which was a bit abnormal.

"By the way, why does Yizhen like fat carp?"

"Nothing, I just like it."

Xuan Yizheng responded casually and didn't want to mention the little thing that happened when Yin Xing gave a kite to the little girl at the summer palace last year.

Yin Xing didn't think much about it. He raised his hand and pulled the string, muttering, "It's better to have more materials. Maybe I can make a few more kites."

Before he finished speaking, Xuan Yizhen suddenly said, "You can make a few more. I don't mind too much."

"Ah?" Yin Xing looked at the beautiful and graceful Xuan Yizhen in confusion, not quite understanding her hobby.

Who would fly a kite with a row of tails? That would be very tiring.

"What? You seem unwilling? Are you going to give it away again?" Xuan Yizheng didn't want to look at the document in his hand. He looked at Yin Xing seriously.

At this moment, even someone as slow-witted as Yin Xing finally realized how jealous Xuan Yizheng was.

Yin Xing wanted to hold back, but couldn't suppress the corners of his mouth at all, and shook his head and replied: "No, I can make some more small carp tails for Yizhen, maybe they will look better when put together."

No wonder Xuan Yizhen suddenly wanted to make a fat carp kite. It turned out that she was still brooding over the kite she gave to the little girl last year.

Xuan Yizheng saw Yin Xing's sweet and innocent smile, especially her clear and bright eyes that could not hide the joy, and turned his head away with a flushed face, not looking at her.

In the silence, Yin Xing stared straight at Xuan Yizheng's cold face with a faint blush on it. From the gentle brows to the straight and beautiful nose, he couldn't get enough of looking at her and secretly sighed that she was so cute!

"What are you looking at? Why don't you concentrate on making the kite?" Xuan Yizheng said in a light and arrogant tone. His words were light and did not have any deterrent power at all.

"It's really beautiful!" Yin Xing responded seriously with blinking eyes.

As he finished speaking, Yin Xing's forehead was lightly touched by Xuan Yizheng's fingertips. It felt cool and the force was very light.

Then, Yin Xing's entire vision was blocked by the light from the palm of his hand. While he was puzzled, he tasted the softness of warm, cool and fragrant air on his lips. He opened his lips slightly, wanting more.

But Xuan Yizhen only briefly retreated, and said calmly, "Don't look at it. Pay attention."

Yin Xing stared at Xuan Yizhen's rosy lips, his eyes sparkling. He replied in a daze, "Yeah."

It's strange to say, Xuan Yizheng has been very abstinent, or restrained, recently.

Even though he was naked in front of her, Xuan Yizheng did not do anything more intimate.

It was very strange that Yin Xing actually felt that the more Xuan Yizhen abstained, the more lustful he became. There must be something seriously wrong with him.

Not long after, Yin Xing hung the kite to dry, washed her hands, and looked down at her red cheeks, feeling a little ashamed.

After being married for several years, I have seen a lot of things. Just a kiss is too indecisive.

But looking at Xuan Yizheng on the other side, her skin was as white as ice and as clear and white as a heartless and loveless jade Bodhisattva, without any ripples at all.

"Yizhen, you've been a little different lately." Yin Xing wiped the water droplets with an embroidered handkerchief, sat down next to Xuan Yizhen and spoke.

"What's the difference?" Xuan Yizheng's eyes fell on the document, but a soft touch remained between his lips and teeth, and he responded in a low and hoarse voice.

Yin Xing looked at Xuan Yizheng's reaction and confirmed that it was not his illusion.

But it was obvious that Yin Xing couldn't ask such a straightforward question.

You can't ask Xuan Yizhen how he has abstained from sex recently. Yin Xing felt his toes digging into the ground just thinking about it.

In the silence, Yin Xing softly snuggled into Xuan Yizhen's neck, hiding her red face, and whispered, "Nothing."

The words were soft, but the hot breath he exhaled was particularly scorching. Xuan Yizheng pursed his lips and dared not move.

Now Yin Xing's health is not as good as before, and Xuan Yizheng doesn't dare to mess around with her. Abstinence is not bad for health.

The only downside was that Xuan Yizhen's chest felt itchy as if it was being bitten by ants, and he couldn't control it.

The warm spring sun shone through the window lattice. Xuan Yizhen raised his hand and gently embraced Yin Xing, as if hugging his heart, and whispered, "Are you sleepy?"

"No." Yin Xing found that Xuan Yizheng didn't have such an idea, so he could only give up the idea awkwardly.

Yin Xing is too passive in daily life and has no experience in this kind of thing.

Outside the window, the sun was shining brightly, bringing a little warmth. Inside the palace, patrols were tight.

In the medicine room, a little girl was practicing calligraphy obediently. Several corpses were placed beside her, but she showed no fear at all.

Shangguan Sheng was amazed and his eyes fell on Jiang Yun on the other side.

"Don't be in a hurry. The autopsy takes time. Have some tea." Jiang Yun said while pouring tea.

"Sorry, the clue about Xiao's family is gone." Shangguan Sheng thought there would be some clues, but he didn't expect the other party to be so cunning.

Jiang Yun waved his hand and replied: "It doesn't matter. I haven't made any progress on the dojo matters, but that Taoist nun Yiqing is recruiting disciples at a rapid pace. There are many followers, like mushrooms after rain."

Shangguan Sheng recalled the source of the elixir ingredients he was investigating and said, "I've found some suspicious minerals from three provincial capitals, and they all come from the Gongyang family's territory. It's very likely that Nun Yiqing is collaborating with someone from the Gongyang family in a more mysterious way."

If it is for fame and fortune, it is undoubtedly a very successful collaboration.

However, Shangguan Sheng remembered the female Taoist who appeared at the time of the murder, and made a special investigation. He found that there was a Taoist temple in the town, and the speed of preaching was unprecedented.

"No matter how mysterious they are, they are just seeking fame and fortune. However, I feel that Taoist Nun Yiqing's style of behavior is indeed very similar to that of the Second Princess. She is sinister and cunning, hiding her true intentions behind cotton balls. It is impossible to guess and defend against her."

"There's no evidence at this point, only speculation. I'm afraid there's no way to verify it specifically."

After he finished speaking, Fang Liuci covered himself with mourning cloth, removed his gloves, and washed his hands. He slowly said, "These people were all killed by the same martial arts technique. The weapon was shaped like a sharp claw, piercing the heart and disfiguring the neck. It was extremely cruel."

Jiang Yun poured tea for Liu Ci and said, "It seems that this is a group of well-trained martial arts masters. Unless they are powerful and wealthy, ordinary people can't afford to support them."

So who did the Xiao family offend?

Shangguan Sheng carefully read the autopsy records and asked, "Why did some witnesses see will-o'-the-wisp?"

"After reading books and conducting experiments, I can confirm that it is a substance released by the decay of human bones. It often spontaneously combusts in high temperatures in summer, so it can only be controlled by humans in winter and spring. The Taoist nun should be well aware of this." Liu Ci thought aloud while drinking tea.

As soon as these words were spoken, Jiang Yun and Shangguan Sheng immediately thought of the same possibility.

This group of people were most likely killed by Yiqing Taoist Nun's men, and the ghost fire was most likely caused by something accidentally ignited by the lantern.

"Perhaps Xiao's death may have some connection with Taoist Nun Yiqing." Shangguan Sheng analyzed.

"To be more precise, it's the Gongyang family that has dealings with Taoist nun Yiqing. Gongyang Luo and the Xiao family don't get along, and everyone in the palace knows it." Jiang Yun had been a little suspicious of Gongyang Luo from the beginning.

But there was no evidence, and people from the four major families were generally not easy to mess with, so Jiang Yun didn't want to act rashly.

Now that the two things came together, Jiang Yun and Shangguan Sheng no longer had too many doubts.

What the Gongyang family and Taoist Nun Yiqing are after is not fame and fortune, but most likely the empress!

The sun outside the window moves slowly. In the warm spring season, many people will invite their friends to go out for an outing.

As carriages from the palace drove out of the city gate, Yin Xing looked through the curtains at the many carriages outside and muttered, "Yizhen, where are we going to fly the kite?"

Xuan Yizhen's gaze fell on Yin Xingsheng's eyes, which were filled with curiosity and expectation. Like a beautiful gem, he restrainedly twirled the ring on his fingertips and said, "The peach blossoms are in full bloom this season. There's a place in the suburbs with beautiful scenery. You haven't been there yet, so you should take a look."

"Okay!" Yin Xing retracted his gaze and looked at the dignified and elegant Xuan Yizhen. She had her black hair tied up, revealing her snow-white, slender and straight jade neck. She wore star-shaped earrings that he had given her as a gift on her earlobes. She was wearing a dark purple dress embroidered with silver crabapple threads, like a beautiful flower blooming alone in the dark night. She looked calm, elegant and noble.

Thinking of this, Yin Xing looked at her lotus root pink dress with butterfly pattern, which seemed a little too girlish and not quite suitable for her.

"Don't be too excited now. You can take a rest so that you can fly the kite later." Xuan Yizheng raised his hand and embraced Yin Xing's soft body, feeling a little distracted.

However, Xuan Yizheng thought about Yin Xing's body, so he had to suppress the desire in his eyes and pretended to be nothing wrong and snuggled up to her.

Yin Xing tilted his head to look at Xuan Yizhen's calm and beautiful face, his heart beating slightly faster as he said, "Yizhen hasn't worn ordinary clothes for a long time. I'm a little uncomfortable with it."

Xuan Yizhen met Yin Xing's scorching gaze, feeling quite concerned, yet pretending to be indifferent, he said calmly, "Isn't this outfit good-looking?"

"It's beautiful, but too beautiful to be a little dazed." Yin Xing didn't know how to describe his feelings. Instead, the corners of his mouth couldn't help but rise up, full of love that was hard to conceal.

"Is that so? Then look at me more, and maybe you won't be in a daze anymore." Xuan Yizheng chuckled and raised his hands to hold Yin Xing's face. He meant to tease her, but when he saw the obsession in her eyes, his heart softened and he wanted to eat her.

The sound of horse hooves echoed, and the curtains fell to block out the light outside. Yin Xing looked at Xuan Yizhen who was so close to him, and his heartbeat became uncontrollable. He touched her gorgeous clothes with his fingertips and raised his head to kiss her warm and cool lips.

It was a very slight touch, and Yin Xing actually felt embarrassed when he retreated.

Xuan Yizhen hadn't expected Yin Xing to kiss her so directly. He placed his palm on the back of her neck, as if petting a kitten, and murmured, "Why did you kiss me just now?"

Yin Xing blinked as he looked at the gentle and beautiful Xuan Yizhen. Instead, he felt as if he had done something bad. He stammered, "I don't know. I just wanted to get close to Yizhen."

"Is that so? Then let's reciprocate." Xuan Yizheng slowly moved closer and kissed Yin Xing's lips back. Unlike her, he did not break off the kiss immediately after the first touch. Instead, he teased her patiently, wanting her to last longer.

After the kiss, Yin Xing's cheeks turned red, and she felt that her lips did not belong to her. She felt a little numb. She raised her eyes to look at Xuan Yizheng's calm eyes, which were like a moist hot spring, silently drowning her.

Xuan Yizhen didn't avoid his gaze. He raised his hand to embrace Yin Xing, patting her gently with his palm to soothe her breath, and said with pity: "Xing'er, I think I understand a little bit what you mean by long and long."

It is intense and rich, and it is certainly addictive.

But it's also nice to feel the changes in the other person because of you, little by little, and the pleasure accumulates every day.

Yin Xing leaned closer to Xuan Yizhen, blushing and mumbling, "I thought Yizhen didn't want to get close."

After he finished speaking, when a faint smile was clearly heard from his ear, Yin Xing felt a little embarrassed and lowered his head and closed his eyes.

It turns out that some things in your heart are better kept to yourself.

Xuan Yizhen pinched Yin Xing's chin with his fingertips, met his gaze, and couldn't help but jokingly said, "This is for your own good. It's your fault that you always have back pain and are so weak."

"..." Yin Xing was unable to refute the gentle words that hurt her heart.
