Zhou Yang shook his head and got straight to the point: "Boss, I have a question for you."
"Huh? Tell me."
The stall owner stopped what he was doing and wiped his hands with his apron.
Zhou Yang cleared his throat. "Do you... have any undigested fodder residue from a cow's stomach? You mean... something greenish, um, gastric juice essence?"
"What the heck?!"
Upon hearing this, the stall owner frowned, as if about to scratch his head, but then noticed a smell on his hands and stopped.
"Cow fodder pulp? Gastric juice essence?!"
The stall owner thought for a moment, then said, "Hey bro, you're not kidding, are you? What do you need that thing for?!"

The stall owner stared wide-eyed, bewildered: "What kind of dish uses that stuff?! I've been selling beef in this market for twenty years, and I've heard of eight hundred ways to cook beef, but I've never heard of using that stuff in a dish!"
"Dude, are you sure you're not mistaken? That stuff is definitely not edible!"
Zhou Yang was somewhat helpless; it seemed that "cow dung" was indeed a rather niche product.
He patiently pressed on, "Boss, I'm not mistaken, this is what I'm looking for. Do you know where I can get fresh ones? Like, freshly slaughtered cows, taken out of their stomachs."
Seeing that he really wanted it, the stall owner had no choice but to say, "We definitely don't have it in our market. We get our processed beef and offal from the slaughterhouse."
His eyes suddenly lit up. "Oh, right! If you really insist on having that thing, you should go check out the 'Jindu Meat Processing Plant' on the outskirts of the city!"
