Given that:

Article 1 Definition

3.3 Within one hour of receiving the ceasefire notice, Party B may raise an objection orally or in writing. If Party A, after review, deems the objection invalid, it has the right to reject it, and Party B may not apply for reconsideration.
3.4 The party at fault in a dispute may implicitly seek reconciliation by requesting a hug, a kiss, or other physical contact. The innocent party, upon receiving such an expression of reconciliation, should stop there and not be unreasonable.
3.5 If the dispute arises from any of the circumstances listed in Article 1, Paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the parties shall limit the place of dispute to the courts, and no further dispute shall arise outside the courts. Any party breaching this clause shall withdraw from the case or recuse itself.
3.6 Except as provided in Article 1, Paragraph 1 of this Agreement, Party A shall have the final right of interpretation regarding any matters involved in the dispute.
Article 4 Declarations and Warranties
Both parties hereby declare, represent, and warrant to each other the following, and neither party shall, regardless of the magnitude of the dispute,:
(1) The Cold War;
(2) Running away from home;
(3) Propose breaking up;
(4) Other behaviors that may lead to the breakdown of the romantic relationship between the two parties.
Article 5 Liability for Breach of Contract
5.1 If Party A breaches the contract, Party A shall lose the right to enjoy the food cooked by Party B for 3 calendar days.
5.2 If Party B breaches the contract, Party B shall lose the right to use the bedroom bed for 3 calendar days.
5.3 If, during the period when one party is liable for breach of contract, the other party relents and cancels the penalty, the aforementioned period shall not be limited to 3 calendar days.
5.4 If one party relents and cancels the punishment but then changes their mind, the punishment continues, the previous punishment remains valid, and the time is calculated cumulatively.
Article 6 Termination of Agreement
This agreement is terminated automatically as the romantic relationship between the two parties develops into a marital relationship.
Article 7 Supplementary Provisions
7.1 This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, both copies having equal legal effect.
7.2 Any matters not covered in this Agreement may be supplemented by the parties through separate annexes, supplementary agreements, or other supplementary documents. Such supplementary documents are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect. In the event of any conflict between the above documents, the most recently published version shall prevail.
