Is it because he was hurt that his heart became so tender?
As Su Er asked herself this question, her grievances and tears seemed to have been unleashed by this word of concern, pouring out incessantly.
“So wronged…” Jiang Siyan sighed, took out a tissue, and was about to press it against her cheek when Su Er subconsciously tried to avoid it.
"Watch your neck!" he raised his voice, his hand promptly supporting the back of her head.
Su Er choked back tears as she took the tissue from his hand, her palm pressed against his chest, which was too close to hers, her eyes darting around helplessly. "I can wipe myself."
Jiang Siyan did not grant her wish. He lowered his head, looked down, and kissed the tears on her cheek.

Su Er knew that Jiang Siyan was someone she probably couldn't forget.
Unable to answer him, she could only close her eyes and avoid the question.
But the nagging in his ears didn't stop. He took all the blame upon himself. It was his fault; he hadn't tried to understand her properly and was prone to jealousy...

Su Er herself couldn't explain it.
It was probably that whisper in his ear.
He said, "Ner, I've missed you so much these days."
"Let's not break up, okay?"
