On the last day of their trip, they returned to Paris. Shu Sui had to catch a flight back home, while Su Er had a fashion event in Paris that she could meet up with Sister Qin and the others at the airport.
After the cameras were all turned off, Shu Sui handed her an envelope-shaped card before she went through security.
Su Er asked curiously, "What is this?"
"Just open it and you'll see."
With permission, Su Er opened the envelope in front of everyone. The moment she saw the photo on the folded page, she was completely stunned.
Su Er quickly closed the folded page, stammering, unsure how to begin, "Sister Sui...you..."
Shu Sui seemed to have anticipated her reaction and nodded gently at her, "Congratulate me, Xiao Er."
Without any warning, she was suddenly told that Shu Sui was getting married.
This was even more dramatic than a movie, and Su Er even wondered for a moment if it was a hidden camera set up by the production team.
Shu Sui spoke calmly, simply telling her, "He treats me very well and doesn't care about my past."
She had faced many hardships along the way, and Su Er suddenly sensed the bitterness and hardship hidden beneath Shu Sui's resilient exterior.
Su Er held the invitation tightly, hugged her close, and offered her his sincerest blessings, "Sister Sui, I wish you happiness."
Shu Sui patted her back gently, and the two smiled at each other. "Definitely."
"Then I'll definitely give you a big red envelope."
"I'll remember that. I'll count it later, and I'll come looking for you if it's missing."
After the two said goodbye, Su Er stared at Shu Sui's retreating figure, lost in thought, the thick paper in her hand seeming to carry a sacred power.
Marriage?
Su Er silently repeated these two words in her heart; it seemed she had never considered these things before…
People lie to themselves, just like right now. Su Er blinked and quickly put those two words out of her mind.
Who was that blurry figure that appeared in her mind along with the word "marriage"? She dared not think about it too much. What was the purpose of this chaos and turmoil? She dared not delve into it either.

The response to "Spring in the City" was excellent, so many period drama scripts were submitted to me.
Lin Shuqin and she made their choices together and agreed that they should not pursue the so-called leading lady position too much, but rather focus on the fullness of the character and the production team.
In the end, they selected two roles, both of which were types of roles that Su Er had never tried before, and both had good screen time. The filming location was Hengdian, and the filming schedule of each project was just right.
Su Er returned to China at the end of August and immediately joined the film crew without any rest.
