Chapter 33 You're being a scoundrel

Su Er stayed at home for two more days. On Saturday morning at six o'clock, she was already at the door changing her shoes with her suitcase.

As early summer approaches, the days are getting longer and earlier. Today, the sun is shining brightly, and half the sky is dyed orange-red by the morning light.

"Are you sure you don't need your parents to take you?" He Yi looked at her with concern.

Su Er helped herself to the shoe cabinet and put on her shoes. "It's okay. It's tiring to make this trip. It's not like it's my first time on a plane. I didn't bring much stuff."

Su Boyuan handed her the water glass and reminded her, "Take good care of yourself while you're out there. Adjust your eating habits and don't let those shady things in the industry blind you."

Su Er agreed to each word, and just as she was about to leave, He Yi grabbed her hand again, "You have to take what your parents told you to heart. If there are such opportunities at school, don't take them lightly. Having a proper job is much better than being so confused every day."

Su Er didn't want to argue with them at this time, so she just went along with it and said, "Okay, okay!"

Su Er dragged her luggage downstairs, looked up at the window of her home, and waved, "I'm leaving, you guys go back!"

Only when Su Er was sure she could no longer see her from the windows of her house did she quicken her pace, covering her hat as she hurried toward the door.

From afar, Su Er spotted a Maybach parked at the entrance of the residential area.

Jiang Siyan leaned against the car, facing the morning light. He had just lit a cigarette, and his handsome face was shrouded in bluish-white smoke, exuding a carefree and languid air.

He was dressed more casually today, wearing a loose shirt with a few buttons undone at the collar. The relaxed and casual style made him look younger and added a touch of youthful energy.

The driver had obviously seen her first and jogged over to take her luggage.

"Thank you," Su Er said softly, then ran towards Jiang Siyan.

Jiang Siyan raised the hand holding the cigarette, caught it steadily, and stroked the back of her neck. "Why are you running?"

Su Er was wearing a mask, and her voice sounded a little muffled, but her tone was soft and sweet as she said, "I was afraid you'd have to wait too long."

Jiang Siyan laughed: "How could I not wait for you?"

Su Er pouted and muttered, "Who knows?"

These past two days, the two have been chatting through their phone screens. Although they haven't talked much, Jiang Siyan has gotten a pretty good understanding of each other's temperaments.

At first, I was very polite to him, but after chatting for a while, I dropped all my pretense of being well-behaved and charming.

When he gets sarcastic and sarcastic, his sharp tongue is so biting that calling him a troublemaker wouldn't be an exaggeration.

For every sentence he says, she has ten sentences waiting for him. Perhaps it's because she's been well-read since childhood, and she's adept at quoting classical texts. In short, every point she makes is logical.

He was about to give her a stern lecture when she said she was sleepy and wanted to go to bed, and then she hung up the phone.

I wouldn't say I was extremely angry, but I inevitably felt a tightness in my chest.

Today we finally caught the culprit. The little girl was wearing a simple short white T-shirt with the hem hanging loosely, giving people the opportunity to cause trouble.

Jiang Siyan put his hand around her waist and caressed her delicate, fair skin with a threatening gesture. "You've gotten bold, aren't you? Trying to make fun of me, huh?"

Su Er's eyes curved into crescent moons as she begged him for mercy, "I won't do it again, I won't do it again, please don't tickle me."

With that look on her face, how could I bear to scold her? I hadn't realized before how well she could act cute.

After Jiang Siyan finished his cigarette, the two got into the car.

As soon as she got in the car, Su Er didn't stand on ceremony and leaned on Jiang Siyan's shoulder, closing her eyes in a daze.

I go to bed late and wake up early, so my energy is only enough to last from the doorstep to the car.

Su Er slept fitfully the whole way, then woke up for a while, boarded the plane, and once the flight was stable, covered her eyes with her hat and prepared to go back to sleep.

After sleeping for about ten minutes, I faintly heard a gentle, soothing voice asking, "Mr. Jiang, what would you like to eat?"

Su Er had actually been awake for a while, but she was still feeling drowsy and didn't want to move while sleeping.

The delicate jasmine scent faded for a moment, then returned to the tip of the nose. After a soft exclamation, a gentle, apologetic voice, so soft that one couldn't bear to blame him, reached his ears: "Mr. Jiang, I'm so sorry, how about I wipe it for you?"

Su Ergai's eyelashes trembled slightly beneath his hat, and one could roughly imagine how dramatic the scene must have been.

Jiang Siyan brushed away the hand that reached out to him, coldly refusing, "No need."

Su Er's lips curled into a barely perceptible smile; she had no intention of waking up at this moment.

Just as she was about to change her position to continue sleeping, the hat covering her eyes was gently lifted, her cheek suddenly felt hot, and the warm breath behind her ear was very close. "You're awake, still pretending to be asleep."

How did he figure it out? She's been honed to the point of being asleep for years, fooling even the two sharp-eyed teachers in her family.

Su Er blinked, a hint of naivety still lingering in her eyes as if she had just woken from a dream, but her words were anything but polite, "I was just afraid of disturbing you."

Jiang Siyan tapped her forehead. "Jealous?"

She smiled knowingly and asked him, "Why are you jealous? Your pants are wet, you have to wipe them, and the service was excellent."

He could tell the girl was deliberately saying that to provoke him, and he should have just laughed it off.

But listening to her words, for no apparent reason, he suddenly started acting like a childish kid, arguing with her seriously.

Without a word, he grabbed her hand and pressed it against his leg in a bad mood. It was wet and uncomfortable to touch.

His tone was as if he had suffered a tremendous injustice: "Look at this, who's going to wipe it for me?"

The firm lines of her thighs pressed against her palms through her pants, making them feel hot. Su Er's cheeks were bathed in the golden light from the window, and her fingers curled up involuntarily.
