"You roll your eyes at me every day, aren't you tired of it?" Su Er asked, unable to resist asking as she blew on her little fan.
"Tch, mind your own business, I'm happy to do it." Li Ling couldn't help but tease her when she saw her. "Besides, you're always trying to get close to people, and I've never seen you complain about it."
Su Er was very popular on set. She was beautiful, had good acting skills, and was friendly and generous to the staff. So, almost everyone on set saw her with a smile.
Li Ling naturally looked down on her, thinking she was being obsequious, and thus became the only person in the crew who didn't get along with Su Er.
Surprisingly, despite their incompatibility, she and Li Ling managed to develop a strange harmony.
In short, if the two of them don't exchange a few sarcastic remarks every day, it feels like something's missing.
Su Er glanced at her, then leaned closer and winked triumphantly at her, "What's wrong, Miss? Can't bring yourself to do it? Want me to get you an autograph?"
Su Er could tell from the first day Shu Sui arrived that Li Ling really liked her; the way he secretly looked at her with longing in his eyes suggested that he liked her even more than she did.
Otherwise, she wouldn't have come to the set so early, even though it was still so far before her scene was scheduled to start.
Li Ling felt embarrassed when her secret was exposed, but she still stubbornly said, "Mind your own business... What are you doing!"
Su Er suddenly hugged her and whispered through gritted teeth in her ear, "Sister, there are fans and paparazzi behind you on your right. You should roll your eyes less. Otherwise, rumors of discord within the crew will start circulating before the show even airs."
Upon hearing this, Li Ling immediately reached out and hugged her back.
The two of them smiled brighter than the other, truly dedicated and excellent actors.
