The bartender said, "There's no Miss Xiao here."
Bu Tiange still smiled, "It's okay, I can wait."
The bartender was about to say something when a scream pierced through the noisy voices and music and reached Bu Tiange's ears.
"Bu Tiange, why are you here?!"
Bu Tiange tilted his head, and Xiao Yao, dressed in gorgeous clothes, appeared in his sight.
Seeing Bu Tiange in plain clothes, Xiao Yao was so scared that she stepped back repeatedly, and the hand holding the wine glass began to tremble uncontrollably.
"Be careful not to fall." Bu Tiange reminded kindly.
Xiao Yao looked back and saw that just two steps back was the crowded dance floor. She had nowhere to retreat.
Bu Tiange walked up to her, took the unfinished wine from her hand, and drank it all in one gulp.
Xiao Yao's eyes widened.
Bu Tiange put down the wine glass, and a bright lipstick mark spread on the rim of the glass.

Bu Tiange smiled lightly and said word by word: "Because, I'm looking for you."
Xiao Yao bit her lower lip and asked, "You asked me to come here?"
Bu Tiange thought for a moment and said, "Yes, it's me."
Xiao Yao looked at her warily, "There's nothing to talk about between us."
Bu Tiange said, "Follow me."
Xiao Yao sneered, "If you ask me to go with you, I will go with you. Why?"
"What if this is the case?"
The blade was at his waist, and his smiling tone became a little more cold and stern.
"Where are you taking me?" Xiao Yao asked stumblingly, her words incoherent due to fear.
"A place where they won't hurt you."
A slender hand gently pressed her shoulder, and Bu Tiange said with a smile, "Miss Xiao, please."
The two walked out of the bar one after the other. When they passed by the guests, Bu Tiange slightly turned sideways and a cigarette box fell from her body.
All the lights in the bar went out, and she walked forward, pushing Xiao Yao through the chaos and noise.
A minute later, the lights came back on and the man leaned over to pick up the cigarette box, his eyes gradually becoming complicated.
Three days later.
System: "The designated character [Xiao Yao] is temporarily safe. The mission can proceed smoothly. Merit value +5. Your current merit value is: 0."
Bu Tiange lay on the desk and said lazily: "Oh, I really believed your nonsense."
"Bang!" The classroom door was opened forcefully, and the noisy classroom became quiet in an instant.
The head teacher walked up to the podium with a stack of test papers. He was usually serious, but now he was smiling and looked in a good mood.
He cleared his throat and said, "Now let's announce the results of the first mock exam. First in the grade: Bu Tiange."
There was an uproar.
Xiao Yao was the first to slam the table and stand up, "Impossible! She must have cheated!"
"Exactly, how is this possible?"
"Don't judge a person by appearance. Maybe she is just a restless person."
The little followers quickly agreed.
Bu Tiange stood up slowly, raised his chin and looked at Xiao Yao.
She smiled and said, "Don't be so quick to throw mud at me. Do you want us to check the surveillance footage first?"
Xiao Yao was speechless and responded hurriedly: "Then...how is it possible that your grades improved so much all of a sudden?!"
"It's not that my grades have improved, but I just don't want to pretend anymore."
Bu Tiange said slowly, glancing at the head teacher pretending to be nonchalant, "Xiao classmate, if you hadn't threatened me, how could I have only scored so low?"
The head teacher really heard her hidden meaning and asked, "What's going on?"
Bu Tiange shrugged, "Ms. Xiao doesn't want anyone trying to steal her limelight, that's all."
Hearing this, the head teacher's face suddenly turned cold, "Is there such a thing? Xiao Yao, come to my office after class."
Xiao Yao was so angry that her lungs were about to explode, "Bu Tiange, stop slandering me!"
