Chapter 40 The Heir's Dark Moonlight (40)

She tilted her head, revealing a cunning look of someone who had succeeded in their trick.

"I forgot to tell you, little uncle. I told you your brother's whereabouts just to leave evidence, not because I was afraid of you.

"Whatever you did, I have the evidence."

"You are really smart." Yun Qianheng laughed, and there was helplessness between the lines, rather than the fear of a dying person.

Bu Tiange said, "Uncle, I'm giving you two choices. Do you want me to make this evidence public bit by bit, or do you want me to do it all at once?"

"Do I have a choice?" Yun Qianheng asked seriously.

Bu Tiange stood on tiptoe, opened her arms and wrapped them around him, saying in a soft voice, "Kiss me."

Yun Qianheng leaned over and kissed those light crimson lips without hesitation.

Go straight in, go beyond the lips and tongue, and linger until death.

Bu Tiange withdrew while taking a breath, his eyes blurred, like a poisoned dream.

She hugged Yun Qianheng, and was just close enough to whisper in his ear.

The words fell from his lips with a gasp, "If you love me enough, please die for me. The Yun family belongs to me, not you."

"But your last name will never be Yun."

"Those people you mentioned with the surname Yun, do they have any choice?"

Bu Tiange released his hand and said, "I will be so outstanding that no one can catch up to me. Tell me, after you die, will they give the Yun family to an outsider, or to me?"

Yun Qianheng asked, "You're telling me all this, aren't you afraid you won't survive this night?"

"Are you willing to do that?" Bu Tiange asked with a smile.

Yun Qianheng said, "As long as you can be with me forever, it doesn't matter what you look like, even a skeleton."

"But you can't. Two hundred and six human bones. I know them better than you do."

Bu Tiange blinked, her eyelashes flickering, and her cold gaze became charming. "In other words, which do you think is faster, your knife or mine?"

Yun Qianheng looked at her, his bottomless pupils looking into the clear black eyes.

"It seems you've thought it through very carefully." He held her cheek, and spoke each word with a sinister yet affectionate tone, "Don't worry, even if I die, you can't get rid of me."

Bu Tiange pushed his hand away, pecked him lightly on the cheek, and said, "Thank you for your concern. Not only will I get rid of you, I will also live a good life."

The summer breeze is permeated with coolness, the waves gently embrace the lakeshore, the waxing moon hides in the clouds, and the street lights become full moons that light up the world.

The crowd gradually dispersed, and the chirping of insects replaced the noisy voices.

Bu Tiange looked up at the sky and said, "It's getting late. They have all gone back."

She slowly spread out her five fingers, and a beam of light shone on her delicate and flawless palms. The resentment rooted in this body finally stopped causing trouble.

She said: "If I am still alive many years from now, I may still remember this night."

"But you are not soft-hearted at all." Yun Qianheng said jokingly.

Bu Tiange was startled, then smiled and said, "Yes, I can't."

A faint sound drifted in the air——

"I will keep my promise and die for you."

Bu Tiange's pupils shrank and he turned sideways to look at Yun Qianheng, but he was not looking at him.

Was he talking, or was it just her imagination?

Just a moment ago, she was in a trance and mistook Yun Qianheng for another person, and then she asked for a kiss for some unknown reason.

In another world, they had once broken up like that, thrown themselves into darkness or light, and walked on completely opposite paths.

She thought it was impossible for her to forgive him, but that was not the case.

The moonlight tonight is beautiful.

I love you, I will always love you.
