Chapter 10 I Became a Zerg 10
He Fei stood in front of the holographic star map, tapping the console with his fingertips, frowning slightly.
"Zerg Nation Day..." he muttered to himself, "I was thinking of taking this opportunity to meet Jia Jia."
The adjutant walked over quickly and handed over a piece of intelligence: "Sir, the latest news - the Zerg Royal Class cubs have been taken to Beast Star by Commander Tang Han for hunting training."
He Fei's eyes suddenly focused.
"Beast Star?" He sneered, "Tang Han really knows how to pick the time."
He Fei raised his hand to interrupt him, a dangerous arc on his lips: "Since the Zerg can go, why can't humans?"
The adjutant hesitated for a moment. "Sir, although Beast Planet isn't considered a high-risk planet, it's currently experiencing an active magnetic storm, and the number of Beasts on the planet will surge. Our little bastards don't have the same physical fitness as the Zerg..."
He Fei retorted: "With this kind of physical condition, if the old bugs attack, are they just waiting to die?"
He turned around and connected directly to the Federal Military Academy's communication channel:
"Notify the elite class to assemble in 10 minutes."
"We go hunting on the Beast Star."
Beast Star Federation and Zerg Joint Monitoring Station
In the holographic projection, the images of He Fei and Tang Han stood facing each other, and the atmosphere was tense.
He Fei crossed his arms, a lazy smile on his lips: "Commander Tang, Beast Star is an open hunting area, so it is reasonable for the human military academy to apply for practical training."
The edges of Tang Han's bone wings glowed coldly. "This Beast Star is adjacent to the Zerg territory. The sudden appearance of humans makes it hard not to suspect their motives. And your human territory also has a Beast Star System."
He Fei raised his eyebrows: "Oh? Then what is the motive of the Zerg Royal Class appearing here?"
Tang Han's compound eyes narrowed slightly: "Training."
"What a coincidence, we are also training." He Fei spread his hands, "Since we have the same goal, why not cooperate?"
"impossible."
The two men were deadlocked, and finally, the Alliance Inspector stepped in to mediate: "How about this, humans can send a group into the hunting area, but—" He glanced at Tang Han, "no weapons allowed, only bare-handed fighting."
He Fei narrowed his eyes, then smiled: "Okay, it's a good opportunity to practice bare-handed combat."
Tang Han added coldly, "You are not allowed to approach the Zerg students."
He Fei shrugged: "The Beast Star is so big, whether we can touch it or not depends on luck."

He Fei brought his students, and after a day of fierce fighting, they arrived at the canyon.
He Fei's gaze swept across the Zerg team and finally landed on Zhang Xiaojia. The corners of his mouth raised slightly, then he looked away, pretending to be a stranger.
The human group quickly disappeared at the other end of the canyon.
Starry night
Zhang Xiaojia sat on a rock warmed by the stars, swinging his legs and carving an energy crystal out of boredom.
"How boring—" she muttered softly, "Why haven't those star beasts come yet? If they don't come soon, I'll take the initiative to go find them."
Just then, there were light footsteps behind me.
Zhang Xiaojia's tentacles stood up instantly, but relaxed the next second - she was too familiar with the footsteps.
"Jia Jia." He Fei's voice was filled with smile as he walked out from the shadows.
Zhang Xiaojia didn't even turn around, but the corners of her mouth couldn't help but curl up: "What are you doing? Human, shouldn't you be resting in the camp?"
He Fei walked over to her and sat next to her, his shoulder against hers: "I missed you, so I slipped over here."
Zhang Xiaojia finally turned around, starlight reflected in her eyes: "Where's the surveillance?"
"It's interfered." He Fei reached out and pinched her antennae. "The image your father's reconnaissance plane is seeing now is the two of us sitting in the camp, behaving obediently."
Zhang Xiaojia burst out laughing and leaned directly into He Fei's arms: "Then why do you dare to come here? Aren't you afraid of being discovered by my dad?"
He Fei took advantage of the situation and put his arm around her waist, resting his chin on top of her head: "If you find out, then you will find out. My military rank is the same as his, and I am not afraid of him."
Zhang Xiaojia nuzzled into his arms and sighed contentedly, "You're still warm. The Beast Star planet is freezing at night."
He Fei chuckled softly, his fingers gently combing the edge of her bone wings: "Then I will keep watch with you tonight?"
"No." Zhang Xiaojia raised his head, his compound eyes sparkling, "Just keep me company, my dad will definitely tell you. Go back to sleep."
He Fei sighed pretentiously: "Alas, my Jiajia is so cruel. She came all the way to see you, but in the end she wouldn't even let me hug you for a while longer."
Zhang Xiaojia was amused by him and reached out to pinch his face: "Don't give me that! It was obviously you who insisted on applying to come to Beast Star!"
He Fei grabbed her hand, leaned in and kissed her fingertips: "Isn't it because I want to see you?"
Zhang Xiaojia's compound eyes lit up slightly. She lunged forward and pushed He Fei down onto the rock. She lay on his chest and said with a smile, "Now that you've seen it, are you satisfied?"
He Fei hugged her waist tightly, laughing so hard that his chest shook: "It's okay, I would be more satisfied if I could kiss you again."
Zhang Xiaojia snorted, but still lowered her head and pecked him quickly on the lips: "He Fei, it's great to see you. And you're not allowed to use pesticides. And let's meet up when you have time."
He Fei reluctantly let her go, and rubbed her tentacles before leaving: "See you tomorrow, Jiajia."
Zhang Xiaojia waved at him and watched him disappear into the night, his eyes full of smiles.
In the monitoring room, Tang Han stared at the picture which showed no abnormalities, his bone wings trembling slightly.
I always feel like something is wrong, but I can't put my finger on it.
————
The scorching sun was scorching the scarlet sand. Zhang Xiaojia stood in the middle of a pile of star beast corpses. Fluorescent blue blood dripped from his bone blade, and his compound eyes flashed coldly in the sunlight.
She had just taken out an entire group of Red Flame Star Beasts with her bare hands. Her movements were clean and neat, and even her breathing was not disordered.
Not far away, the elite group of the human military academy fell into collective silence.
"Is this... really a Zerg of the same age as us?" a student murmured in a low voice.
"3S-level physical and mental strength..." Another person stared at Zhang Xiaojia's smooth fighting posture, his voice hoarse, "She can take on an entire team of us by herself."
Someone in the team gritted their teeth unwillingly: "The Zerg are indeed monsters..."
Before he finished speaking, a cold voice suddenly sounded -
"Shut up."
Everyone fell silent instantly and turned to look at He Fei who was standing in the front.
His eyes were unusually sharp, and the air around him was terrifyingly low. "'Sentient creatures'—that's the first lesson we taught you at the Federal Military Academy. Have you forgotten?"
The student's face turned pale. "But, but Commander, the Zerg are..."
He Fei interrupted coldly, "The premise of peaceful coexistence is respect." He glanced at everyone, "If I hear any insulting remarks again, I will be deported and expelled from the military."
The team was silent.
This was the first time He Fei lost his temper in public.
Zhang Xiaojia turned to look at the human, stuck out his tongue, and walked away.
night.
Zhang Xiaojia sat by the campfire, his bone wings slightly folded, listening to He Fei recounting what happened during the day, and couldn't help laughing: "Oh, our Commander He is actually angry?"
He Fei looked at her helplessly, stretched out his hand and pinched her tentacles: "Isn't it because you are too arrogant? Those students were hit so hard that they doubted their lives."
Zhang Xiaojia shook his head proudly: "That can't be helped, after all, I'm a genius."
He Fei chuckled, suddenly moved closer, and whispered in her ear: "But... you look really good when you fight."
Zhang Xiaojia's compound eyes lit up instantly, the fluorescent blue halo being particularly noticeable in the night. "...Why are you suddenly saying this?"
He Fei smiled and leaned back, his hands behind his head: "Just telling the truth."
Zhang Xiaojia snorted, but her bone wings honestly spread out slightly, showing her good mood.
He Fei likes Jia Jia’s arrogant and flamboyant look the most.
He Fei's daily activities could only interfere with the surveillance. He secretly came to see Jia Jia at night. In order to spend time together, the two of them agreed on only one thing, which was not to take out the pesticide and pretend that they didn't know about the pesticide.
