Xiang Shichu touched the bowl of steamed eggs and found that it was no longer hot. He quickly took a spoon and scooped a spoonful, put it to his mouth, and said, "You have food too, don't steal your brother-in-law's. Come, eat the egg custard."

As she said this, she turned Xiang Nan's head towards Ye Jin and said, "Look, he is your breadwinner, say thank you to your brother-in-law."
Ye Jin immediately stopped eating, glanced at Xiang Shichu who was smiling, and then looked at the little guy who was jumping towards him with saliva flowing from the corners of his mouth.
He resisted the urge to reach out and wipe his brother-in-law's mouth, and said nonchalantly, "You're welcome."

When Xiang Nan was hugged by him, he immediately danced with joy and giggled at Ye Jin, not afraid of his cold face at all.
"Thank you for your help." Xiang Shichu didn't be polite to him. Seeing Ye Jin carrying Xiang Nan to the yard, she started to eat breakfast by herself.
Ye Jin still had to go to work, and Xiang Shichu didn't want to delay him too much, so he quickly finished eating, washed the dishes, and took over from Xiang Nan: "I'm sorry, this little guy has delayed you for a long time, right? You should go to work quickly, otherwise you will be late."
Ye Jin nodded, handed the child in his arms to her, straightened his shirt which was wrinkled from holding the child, and returned to his meticulous and cold look. Then he said to Xiang Shichu, "I'm leaving," and went to work.
Xiang Shichu had a clearer understanding of him. Although this man was cold in nature, he was responsible. Although he had no marital feelings for the original owner, he was very kind to her and her brother, and was patient with children.
