Chapter 28 Entering the Dream
"Youyou, I'm sending you into a dream. Tell her what happened and ask her to go back and bury you. Only then can you enter reincarnation, understand?"
Nodding gently, Gu Yunxi waved her hand, and she drifted in like smoke, entering Wu Yan's brow.
Wu Yan, who was fast asleep, seemed to have returned to her hometown and saw her child Youyou. Strangely, Youyou suddenly appeared behind her and softly called out, "Mom!"
Wu Yan turned around, about to hug her child, when Youyou quickly took a few steps back. "Mom, I'm already dead. I suddenly appeared in your dream. Even though it's a dream, the yin energy on me will harm you."

Youyou shook her head, her face full of heartache for her mother. Her mother's hands were covered in calluses, even more than her own. She must have suffered much more than her mother to earn money!
"Mom, listen to me. The master let me into your dream. I don't have much time left. I'm really going to die. More than a month ago, Grandma had a man take me away. I was unconscious at the time. When I woke up, I found myself locked in a room."
There were two other little girls. That uncle would beat us whenever he was in a bad mood. We were beaten every few days. Because I kept begging him, he kicked me against the wall, and that's how I woke up.

Wu Yan sat up in fright, wiping the sweat from her forehead. The dream was too real; how could she have dreamt of Youyou dying?
She checked the time and realized she had only been asleep for less than an hour. She opened her palm and found the strawberry hair clip from Youyou's head in her hand.
She burst into tears. The dream was real; her Youyou had indeed been in trouble. Wang Wei, who was sleeping next to her, turned on the light and cursed, "Why aren't you sleeping in the middle of the night? What are you doing sitting here crying?"
Wu Yan convulsed for a long time, unable to utter a single word. Her heart was breaking as she held up the hair clip.
"Isn't this Youyou's favorite strawberry hair clip? You bought a new one again?"
Wu Yan's eyes were red, and she felt as if all her strength had been drained away. After a long while, she finally managed to utter a few words: "Youyou is in trouble. She's dead. I want to go home!"
"Go home!"
She yelled hysterically, and only then did Wang Wei realize something was wrong. He patted her on the back.
"You had a nightmare, didn't you? It'll be fine when it gets light. I'll take you home when I have time."
“Wang Wei, something’s happened to Youyou. She came to my dream. This hair clip is what she left behind when she left. She hasn’t been home for over a month. Buy a plane ticket and go back now.”
"This is insane! He must be dreaming!"
Just then, there was a knock on the door. Wang Wei thought he had woken up the neighbor next door, so he put on his clothes and opened the door.
Unexpectedly, a beautiful woman was standing outside. He didn't think he had ever seen her before. "Hello, is there anything I can help you with?"
Gu Yunxi didn't speak, but instead opened her palm, where another strawberry hair clip lay quietly.
"This is from Youyou. The other one should be with your wife. Pack it up and I'll take you home!"
Wang Wei looked inside the house, then at the woman outside. "Could that dream have been real? Has something happened to Youyou?"
"Yes, Wang Wei, please accept our condolences. What we need to do is give the child a proper burial so that your daughter can rest in peace!"
"No, that's impossible. My mother is with the child. Don't lie to me. She's alive and well. You're a liar."
After saying that, Wang Wei was about to close the door when he saw a faint shadowy figure beside the woman. "Dad!"
"Hurry up and get ready, you believe she's in trouble now, right?"
Wu Yan came out after hearing their conversation. "You must be the master Youyou was talking about. I'm all ready!"

Gu Yunxi affixed two talismans to their bodies, grabbed one in each hand, and the three disappeared.
When she opened her eyes again, she was already at Youyou's doorstep. Gu Yunxi turned on the camera again.

When she opened the door, she looked outside in a daze. There were so many people standing at the door, and even one sitting on the ground to her left and right.
"Mom, where's Youyou?" Wang Wei stared at her with red eyes.
"Youyou...youyou is asleep. Xiaowei, why did you suddenly come?"
A neighbor helped Wu Yan to her feet. Her throat felt constricted, and she couldn't make a sound. She pointed at Qian Su'e with trembling eyes and almost fainted.
Gu Yunxi patted her shoulder, and Wu Yan felt a little better.
"Qian Su'e, wake Youyou up!"
The group arrived at the courtyard, but Qian Su'e couldn't find Youyou anywhere. A few days ago, that person called to say that the child was doing well and that they were going to do some kind of study during this time, and asked her not to disturb him.
"Speaking of Youyou, we haven't seen her in a long time."
