Even though the young nurse could see Qin Yi every day, she still stared at him.
Until Qin Yi spoke.
When will it be demolished?
The nurse realized what had happened and blushed as she went to remove the stitches.
Qin Yi held Su Wan's left hand with one hand and covered her eyes with the other.
With Qin Yi backing her up, Su Wan whined a little spoiledly.
"It hurts, ouch."
"Just bear with it, it'll be over soon."
Qin Yi coaxed Su Wan like a child.
After the stitches were removed, the nurse disinfected Su Wan's face while speaking to her with envy.
"Your partner is so considerate to you."
Su Wan smiled at her, and Qin Yi thoughtfully brought the water to Su Wan's lips.
"Here, have a sip."
Qin Yi ignored the nurse completely, and the nurse, blushing, walked away without getting a chance to speak to him.
Su Wan was in so much pain that she felt like she was going to faint; the area where the stitches were removed was still throbbing.
Seeing Su Wan's pained expression, Qin Yi tried to distract her by making her laugh.
"You'll be discharged soon after the stitches are removed. Your good days are almost over..."
After Qin Yi finished speaking, he looked at Su Wan meaningfully.
Su Wan glanced at him.
"Well, maybe you're not up to the task?"
Qin Yi gritted his teeth, picked up a towel from the side, soaked it, wrung it out, and covered Su Wan's face with it.
When Lin Changchun arrived, he saw Qin Yi wiping Su Wan's face after her stitches were removed and washing her face with a towel while Su Wan lay on the bed.
Su Wan couldn't help but smile, while Qin Yi looked unsatisfied.
Lin Changchun took a step back and tentatively spoke.
Should I come in?
Su Wan smiled, her eyes crinkling, and gestured for him to come in.
Seeing that Qin Yi had clearly been thwarted by Su Wan, Lin Changchun couldn't help but give Su Wan a thumbs up.
"Sister-in-law is amazing! How was your day, sister-in-law?"
"The stitches have been removed, and I can go home in a couple of days."
Seeing that Su Wan was in good spirits, Lin Changchun brought up the matter of Lin Qisheng with her.
"That beast Lin Qisheng is ruined, beyond cure. But given what he's done, even death is too good for him..."
Lin Qisheng has also been in the hospital during this time, under the care of a specialist. His genitals are completely shattered.
During the interrogation, he kept screaming that he had been tortured into confessing and protesting his innocence.
Qin Yi narrowed his eyes. Lin Changchun and the others had been taken care of, but they certainly wouldn't let him shatter completely.

Su Wan heard that Lin Qisheng had been executed.
"He deserved it."

Hearing Qin Yi's affirmative words, Su Wan glanced at him coquettishly.
Qin Yi gently stroked Su Wan's eyebrows.
"For my wife's sake, I will make him pay the price."
Seeing Qin Yi's gentle and tender appearance, Lin Changchun shuddered and covered his eyes.
Qin Yi gave Lin Changchun a sharp look, then handed him the basin and towel, which Lin Changchun obediently took and poured water into.
Lin Changchun was overjoyed. Finally, someone could deal with Lao Qin. He was ecstatic.
He hummed a little tune, happily finished washing the towel, and walked back, bumping into Jiang Baiyuan.
He grabbed Jiang Baiyuan, eager to share it with him.
"Old Jiang, Old Jiang, let me tell you, your wife has Old Qin completely under her thumb. Seeing his helpless expression makes me want to laugh, haha."
As he spoke, he imitated Qin Yi's actions from earlier in a very convincing manner to Jiang Baiyuan.
"For his wife's sake, I'll make him pay the price, hahaha, Lao Jiang, tell me, is this still Lao Qin? Isn't he being cheesy?"
Jiang Baiyuan looked at him meaningfully.
Changchun.
"ah?"
"You're not young anymore, it's time for your family to find you a wife."
After Jiang Baiyuan finished speaking, he walked towards the ward. Lin Changchun stood there dumbfounded, not knowing what he had just experienced.
Did he say something wrong? No.
Yes, there isn't.
But why did Lao Jiang react that way?
Old Jiang is too cunning; Lin Changchun can't figure out what he's up to.
Jiang Baiyuan walked into the ward and greeted Su Wan with a smile.
"sister in law."
Su Wan looked at Jiang Baiyuan with a puzzled expression. She had fainted when Lu Xing rescued her that day and hadn't seen him.
Qin Yi introduced Su Wan.
"Wanwan, this is Jiang Baiyuan, my brother who has been through thick and thin with me."
"My sister-in-law looks much better."
"I'm much better now, and I'll be discharged soon."
Jiang Baiyuan and Qin Yi exchanged a glance, and Qin Yi then gave Su Wan some instructions.
"Let Changchun stay here with you. We have something to do and need to go out for a bit."
"good."
Lin Changchun watched as Jiang Baiyuan pushed Qin Yi out, neither of them giving him a glance.
He looked at Su Wan and scratched his head.
Jiang Baiyuan pushed Qin Yi to a quiet corner and told him what had happened.
“I went to the doctor’s hometown in person. His hometown is remote, and I happened to be there when his mother passed away, which delayed me for a while.”
Where is he?
"Leader Yang has arranged accommodation for you, which is not far from your home."
Qin Yi nodded.
"Don't tell Su Wan about this yet."
"good."
Jiang Baiyuan didn't ask why; Qin Yi had his own plans, and he didn't want to interfere.
When do you plan to start?
"Wait until Su Wan is discharged from the hospital."
Jiang Baiyuan looked at Qin Yi, and Qin Yi noticed his gaze.
"What's up?"
