Su Wan was amazed by Su Qing's utter shamelessness.

Han Hongmei's tone softened, "Wanwan, can't you just be a little nicer to your sister?"
Su Wan looked at Han Hongmei, who was hoping for her approval: "Since going to university will give you a bright future, why don't you let Su Qing go?"
Han Hongmei fell silent.
Su Wan sneered, "Because you all know that even if Su Qing goes to university, she might not be able to find someone with such good conditions as Qin Yi."
Han Hongmei remained silent, while Su Qing bit her lip, on the verge of tears: "Sister, please, I really like him, and I was the one who was supposed to marry him."
Every word she uttered implied that Su Wan had stolen her marriage.
It seems that Su Wan is the one who is utterly wicked.
Seeing Su Qing's matter-of-fact attitude, Su Wan turned to Han Hongmei and said, "Please go out for a moment. My sister and I have something to talk about."
Su Wan emphasized the word "younger sister" with extra force.
Han Hongmei looked at Su Qing with a worried expression, then at Su Wan, hesitating to speak, her eyes full of concern that Su Wan would bully her precious daughter.
Su Wan remained silent, letting Han Hongmei scrutinize her.
Su Qing wiped away her tears: "Mom, you go out first. I believe my sister won't do anything to me."
It must be said that Su Qing's ability to manipulate Han Hongmei demonstrates her skill in playing the innocent victim.
Cry, beg, or make a reasonable fuss, and you can achieve your goal.
Han Hongmei left the house, glancing back every few steps. Su Wan closed the door, turned around, and looked at Su Qing, who was still wiping away tears, watching her performance with great interest.

If someone is shameless, then you're really doing them a disservice if you have any self-respect.
Su Wan sneered and increased her pressure, "Stop your little schemes. I know what you're up to. You're trying to incite the Su family to persuade me to go back so you can marry Qin Yi. Su Qing, no one is as shameless as you."
Su Qing's face showed resentment. Why?
Qin Yi was the one she took a liking to first; she just didn't marry him back then.
Now that she's figured it out and wants to marry him, what's wrong with that?
Given Qin Yi's qualifications, why does Su Wan think he would be interested in her?
She was quite curvaceous, and many male classmates were so infatuated with her that they would forget to walk.
Besides, Su Wan hasn't even consummated her marriage with Qin Yi yet, so what right does she have to say that? She was just marrying in place of Su Wan.

Su Wan sneered, "You want to be a virtuous woman but not a widow? Are you afraid of losing face?"
"You get all the bargains by yourself, is that all you're capable of?"
Su Wan's words humiliated Su Qing, her eyes filled with hatred. She stared intently at Su Wan, "Sister, are you really going to break off all pretense?"
Su Wan raised an eyebrow. "You're not pretending anymore? I thought you could keep pretending forever."
Su Qing tried to say something, but Su Wan tightened her grip on her neck, silencing her. Su Wan stared at her coldly, her grip remaining firm.
While Su Qing's face turned bright red from lack of oxygen, Su Wan leaned close to her ear and whispered, "Don't think I don't know that you instigated Wang Cuiying. Guess why she kept her mouth shut?"
Qin Yi went to see Qin Quan'an once in the middle of the night and told him to watch his mouth and his mother's mouth.
"If I find out that your sister-in-law's affair leaked out from your place, you might keep your head, but how you'll live after that is another matter entirely!"
Qin Quan'an nodded like a chick pecking at rice.
It was from him that I learned that Wang Cuiying had met Han Hongmei when she was visiting relatives.
During the pleasantries, Su Qing "accidentally" let slip that Su Wan had been kidnapped.
Hearing that it was Su Qing's doing, Su Wan was not surprised at all. However, the news of Su Wan's abduction had been kept under wraps and only her close relatives knew about it. When Qin Yi notified the Su family, he simply explained the situation without going into details.
Outsiders had no idea about this situation, and given the egregious nature of the Lin Qisheng incident, only a handful of people knew about it, so there was no need for confirmation.
Su Qing's eyes were filled with panic, but she still tried her best to remain calm.
She steadied herself and said, "Ahem, sister, I don't know what you're talking about?"
