Chapter 6 I'm not going, I'm going home.

Qin Yi suddenly opened his closed eyes, took a deep breath but did not respond.

Who does this self-righteous woman think she is? She's only been here a few days and she's already bossing me around?

Qin Yi, who was usually irritable and sensitive after becoming paralyzed, surprisingly remained silent this time. He wanted to mock Su Wan for meddling in other people's business and wanted her to stay away from him.

For some reason, images of Su Wan touching him kept flashing through his mind, and he couldn't bring himself to say anything hurtful, which made him feel irritable and restless.

He remained silent for a long time before sensing movement. Qin Yi turned around and stared at Su Wan in disbelief. Su Wan was staring at him and moving closer with her body. He felt his throat tighten and reached out to pull Su Wan to his side.

Su Wan spoke in a nasal voice, murmuring softly.

"Qin Yi~"

Qin Yi was stunned. This was Su Wan? Was it the Su Wan who looked like a block of wood?

How did she become like this?

After regaining his senses, he realized it made perfect sense; she was his wife, and it was only right that way.

Su Wan's waist is very slender, barely large enough to be grasped in one hand.

Both of them were breathing somewhat erratically in the cramped space.

Su Wan was vibrant and alluring at that moment. He knew that Su Wan was beautiful, a young woman just coming of age, like a budding flower.

This flower is yours to pick and take as you please.

When people get what they want, they will always unconsciously want more.

Su Wan trembled all over; the original 206 bones had become 207...

Her voice became increasingly charming.

After a long while, he couldn't help but let out a low growl, and it was finally over.

"Qin Yi, Qin Yi..."

Someone called his name, it sounded like... Su Wan. He turned his head and saw Su Wan standing to the side. He was momentarily lost in thought.

Su Wan frowned slightly as she looked at Qin Yi.

What does it taste like?

Qin Yi was fully awake. Had he just been dreaming, or...?

His face flushed red to the roots of his neck, and he awkwardly turned his head to the side, coughing lightly to cover his discomfort.

"Excuse me, could you please get me a piece of clothing to wear underneath?"

Su Wan got up and found him a pair of underwear. When she came back, the two looked at each other. Su Wan remembered what had happened when she helped Qin Yi change his clothes before going to bed that night, and her face turned red with embarrassment.

Qin Yi was even more embarrassed and looked terrible, needing Su Wan's help to change his clothes...

When Su Wan touched Qin Yi's clothes, the scent of photinia that she had smelled earlier became stronger and stronger. Even though she was inexperienced, she realized what had just happened.

She quickly helped Qin Yi change, stuffed some tissues into his hand, and then hurriedly put on her clothes, grabbed the sticky, smelly clothes, and fled as if she were running away.

When Su Wan returned after washing the clothes, it was already broad daylight.

Both of them were uncomfortable and deliberately avoided eye contact with each other.

Su Wan filled a basin with hot water, soaked a towel in it, wrung it out, and handed it to Qin Yi to wipe his face.

Qin Yi is unusually docile right now.

Seeing that the house had become increasingly tidy since Su Wan arrived, and that Qin Yi's temper had improved considerably, Grandma Qin frequently served Su Wan food during the meal.

"Come on, Wanwan, eat more to nourish your body. You're too thin."

"That's enough, Grandma, you can eat too."

"Grandma tells you to eat, so eat more. How can you work if you're too thin?"

Qin Yi's words earned him a slap on the back from Grandma Qin.

"You brat, how can you talk like that? Can't you speak properly instead of being sarcastic?"

He turned back to Su Wan and explained with affection.

"Wanwan, don't take it to heart. He just doesn't know how to talk properly. He's clearly concerned about you, but what he says sounds like a knife."

"If he dares to bully you, Grandma will teach him a lesson!"

"Thank you, Grandma."

As Su Wan spoke, she glanced at Qin Yi, seemingly unintentionally.

Qin Yi turned his head away uncomfortably. Grandma Qin noticed the young couple's awkwardness and laughed even more happily.

After dinner, Su Wan checked the time, got up, and went inside to tidy up some things.

"Wanwan, is something wrong?"

Grandma Qin noticed that Su Wan looked like she was about to go out.

"Grandma, I want to take him to see a doctor about his leg."

Upon hearing this, Grandma Qin's eyes reddened. She had been so worried about her grandson's leg, and had tried countless times to persuade Qin Yi. However, since being discharged from the hospital, he had stayed at home and never left the house, no matter how much she tried to talk him out.

He was like a rock in a latrine, smelly and hard.

She was helpless against him, but Wanwan was much better; she always had a way to get Xiaoyi to cooperate.

Grandma Qin took out a stack of money.

"Wanwan, take some money with you."

"No need, Grandma, he gave it to me."

Su Wan showed the money to Grandma Qin, and Qin Yi mocked her and told her to get lost, while giving her the money to buy things.

She felt that Qin Yi was a contradictory person, both driving her away and giving her money. However, after spending the past few days together, she realized that he was just a paper tiger.

She wasn't afraid of him at all.

Lin Changchun had just parked his car at the entrance when Su Wan pushed Qin Yi out.

Qin Yi's face was dark, his displeasure written all over his face.

Grandma Qin chased after her out the door, giving her some worried instructions, and Su Wan patted her hand to comfort her.

"Don't worry, Grandma, I'll take good care of him."

He then quietly leaned close to Grandma Qin's ear.

“He’s disobedient, but I have ways to deal with him.”

Grandma Qin finally smiled.

Lin Changchun looked at Qin Yi and joked.

"Well, you look great, kid. Looks like your wife is taking good care of you."

Su Wan had never been teased like this before, and blushed. Qin Yi gave her a sharp look, and Lin Changchun suppressed a laugh and apologized.

"Sister-in-law, I'm a rough man, and I may not speak properly. Please don't mind."

"If you know you've said something inappropriate, then shut up."
