Chapter 33 Quarrel
Ye Nuan didn't know what Gu Muxi was thinking, but she also discovered that except for Gu's mother and Gu Mocheng, she didn't have much contact with other people in the Gu family.
Gu Muwan, who looks exactly like her, has hardly ever spoken to her. In front of her, Gu Mochen no longer behaves like the young man who greeted his sister when they first met at the exit. He even seems to have changed his frame and become calm and steady.
As for the boy among the triplets mentioned by Gu Mocheng, Ye Nuan didn't even know his attitude towards being adopted by the Gu family.
"Ladies, young master, this is the juice and coffee that Madam asked me to bring you." Ye Nuan was standing near the door, thinking about Gu Jingnian's puzzle on the ground, when a voice came from behind.
"Okay, Aunt Mo, Nuannuan, please move aside so that the water doesn't spill on you." Gu Muxi reminded Ye Nuan, but before she finished her words, Ye Nuan turned around and bumped into the tray in Aunt Mo's hand.
The door of the toy room rotates and is in the same plane as the wall (refer to a skit from a certain Spring Festival Gala). So after the few people came in, the door automatically swung back and closed. Ye Nuan was standing just in front of the door, just in the position where the door could close. So when Aunt Mo came in, the door was not completely closed. Aunt Mo was standing completely behind Ye Nuan, so the door pushed Aunt Mo forward, but Ye Nuan didn't have time to move away. So, this caused:
The hot coffee seeped through Ye Nuan's clothes and into her skin, a small amount spilling onto her shoes. The other two cups of juice and a glass of milk all spilled onto most of the puzzle that Gu Jingnian had already put together...
Although Gu Jingnian looks cool, steady and handsome in the image of his father and second uncle, he is still only a three-year-old child. When he saw that the puzzle he had been working on for a long time was stained, tears filled his eyes.
Seeing the aggrieved look on the face of her nephew, who had rarely cried, Gu Muyan immediately stood up and pointed at Ye Nuan, "Sister Yan told you to give up your seat, didn't you hear me? If you don't want to come over to play, just say so. Standing at the door is like we are ignoring you and alienating you. Are you satisfied now? No one else has to play, so you can go down and please your mother? I told you that Niannian spent a week putting this together. You didn't play with it as a child, so you ruined it, right?"
Ye Nuan was speechless at Gu Muyan's irrational words. She glanced at Gu Muxi, who was trying to comfort Gu Jingnian without saying anything, and endured the pain in her back as she spoke, "I didn't know someone was going to bring anything in. When she reminded me, I didn't have time to move away before I was bumped into. It wasn't what you said."
"I'm sorry, Miss Fourth. I bumped into someone because I was pushed by the door at the back. It was my carelessness." Aunt Mo hurriedly apologized to Gu Muyan.
"Aunt Mo, it's okay, just go out. If no one was blocking you, you could have just come in directly." Gu Muyan seemed to be trying to make things difficult for Ye Nuan.
Aunt Mo went out and hurried downstairs to tell Mother Gu what happened upstairs. Mother Gu, Father Gu, Lu Qingqing, Gu Mochen were all there, as well as Gu Muwan who had just returned home. Hearing that Gu Jingnian was crying, Lu Qingqing hurried upstairs, followed by the others.
Gu Mochen pressed the switch at the door so that the toy room door would no longer close automatically. Gu Jingnian saw his mother and quickly crawled into her arms.
Mother Gu glanced at Gu Muyan who was pointing at Ye Nuan, then looked at Ye Nuan and found that her back was covered with coffee stains. She knew that neither Gu Muyan nor Gu Muxi had the habit of drinking iced coffee, so the servants at home always prepared coffee with hot water.
"Nuannuan, are you burned?" Mother Gu asked with concern.
Before Ye Nuan could answer, Gu Muyan said, "Mom, she's blocking the door. Sister Xixi told her to make room for Aunt Mo, but she just stood there motionless. She did it on purpose to get more of your attention."
"Shut up! How can you say that about your sister?" Father Gu scolded sternly.
"That's right. As soon as she came in, she stood at the door, just like we were isolating her. Also, when did we ever cry after growing up? This was a puzzle he had spent a week putting together, and she ruined it as soon as she came in." Gu Muyan curled her lips and continued to accuse.
