Chapter 2: Method of Removing the Poison

Yun Wanwan sneered. This was the original owner's so-called biological mother, who actually hated her more than a stranger. No wonder the original owner was so desperate that she committed suicide by hitting a pillar.

Several maids and nannies were about to grab Yun Wanwan and slap her in the face upon hearing the order, but Yun Wanwan moved and with her slender fingers she took out a blank yellow talisman from the waist of the Taoist in yellow robe.

Then he bit his finger, drew a talisman, and decisively stuck it on the forehead of the maid closest to him: "Fixed!"

The maidservant actually didn't move!

Gu Pingge was frightened, and the others didn't dare to move forward. She pointed at Yun Wanwan and said, "You...you witch, what kind of magic did you cast?"

"This isn't some magic trick. I'm just proving to you that I can break the curse."

"You?" After hearing that it wasn't a magic spell, Gu Pingge became much bolder. "Aren't you a loser? What can you possibly know?"

Yun Wanwan thought seriously for a moment. "I can break the witchcraft curse, but from now on, no one is allowed to move. I need to search this room thoroughly."

Seeing her serious expression, Gu Pingge was actually a little shaken, "How do you want to solve it?"

"Mom! She is a waste. Do you really want her to remove the curse for Daddy? She will kill Daddy!" Yun Yaoyao saw that her adoptive mother was actually a little hesitant, and thought to herself that something was wrong, so she quickly spoke out to stop her.

Gu Pingge was still pondering, but Yun Wanwan glanced at General Yun and said helplessly, "The General's condition cannot be delayed any longer. If you agree, then don't move. If you don't agree, I'll knock anyone who moves unconscious!"

After saying this, Yun Wanwan glanced at the wooden table used for rituals, and sure enough, she saw the compass used for divination in ancient times.

Then Yun Wanwan ran to search under General Yun's bed.

Yun Yaoyao saw her anxious look and thought she was panicking and desperate. She covered her mouth and laughed, "Sister, when you were making a living among the common people, didn't you perform on the street?"

"Shut up!" Gu Pingge saw the complicated look in the yellow-robed Taoist's eyes and quickly scolded Yun Yaoyao.

"Found it." Yun Wanwan turned around and found a secret compartment under the bed and took out something.

It turned out to be a little man with embroidery needles all over his body!

It's a blatantly evil witchcraft thing!

Yun Yaoyao's pupils dilated slightly, trying to hide her guilty conscience: "How can you be sure this is witchcraft?" As she said that, she was about to snatch the villain.

Yun Wanwan leaned aside and said, "Talk nicely and don't use violence. This thing almost killed General Yun, and it's brimming with yin energy. A delicate person like you would probably die if it touched you."

This is not an exaggeration, people will indeed die.

She sniffed it and said with disdain, "This thing is made by grinding the bones of people who died unjustly into powder. The bone powder is combined with the resentment of the person before death. It's very evil. If it weren't for General Yun's own evil spirit protecting him, he would have died long ago."

But it also shows that the caster is not an expert, so she has to use weird things to make up for her lack of ability.

If it were her, she could achieve the same effect with just one yellow talisman.

Then the person who performed the witchcraft...

"Yun Yaoyao, why did you keep stopping me just now?"

Yun Yaoyao's soul was suddenly shaken, but she still gritted her teeth and said, "Stop talking nonsense! Even Taoist Huang couldn't see it. Do you think you can make it true by just talking nonsense?"

Yun Wanwan smiled.

Her tone was filled with guilt, and she looked clueless. It was obvious that only she could pull off such a powerful sorcery. But wasn't General Yun Yun Yaoyao's biological father? How could he give such a deadly poison to his own father?

But General Yun hadn't woken up yet. Yun Wanwan didn't want to expose his true intentions, so she just smiled and said, "If you don't believe me, you can just put it under your bed tonight and sleep there. I promise to collect your body myself."

Yun Yaoyao was trembling all over and was about to say something but was stopped by Gu Pingge.

Saving lives was paramount. Yun Wanwan sat down beside the bed and extended her hand toward Taoist Huang. "Give me another blank talisman. I want to draw one."

"You dare to order me?" Taoist Huang said sternly, his face full of dissatisfaction.

Yun Wanwan raised her eyes and glanced at him: "Can you detoxify this level of witchcraft?"

Taoist Huang broke out in a cold sweat. This was a combination of a witchcraft spell cast by a vengeful spirit, considered the most evil kind of witchcraft. It could not be solved without hundreds of years of cultivation.

He threw a few blank talismans into Yun Wanwan's hands.

Yun Wanwan snorted coldly, bit her finger again, and quickly drew seven talismans, which she stuck on several major acupoints on General Yun's body.

It was clearly a professional metaphysical move, but to Taoist Huang, it looked like a mere imitation. He sneered, "You just saw a few talismans from me and you dare to draw them to fool people? Do you think you can make General Yun recover on the spot with just a few random talismans?"

"You said I just drew it casually?"

"Isn't it?" Taoist Huang sneered, "I have been learning Xuanmen magic from my master since I was young. It has been fifty or sixty years now, but I have never seen talisman paper painted like yours. Aren't you just drawing blindly?"

After hearing this, Yun Yaoyao seemed to have found confidence: "Yes, sister, a talisman drawn randomly cannot be counted. Let Taoist Huang perform the ritual and bleed!"

Yun Wanwan just wanted to sneer after hearing this. She asked with a smile, "Then if General Yun can wake up tonight, you can kneel down and worship me as your master. I will teach you the meaning of this spell. How about that?"

"Impossible!" Taoist Huang said firmly, "This is clearly a case of evil spirits possessing him. Where does this witchcraft come from? If I don't take your blood, General Yun will never wake up."

"What if General Yun wakes up?"

"Then I will take you as my master!" Taoist Huang put his hands on his hips in a huff.

Yun Wanwan almost laughed at his expression. She coughed lightly and said, "Then everyone, get out. And seal off the North Garden where General Yun lives. From now on, no one except me is allowed to enter or leave."
