Before he could think it through, Xu Yunzhi handed Mingyu over to the guards behind him and rode his horse at full speed toward the rouge shop.
In a small alley not far from the rouge shop, Xu Feng, pale-faced, stood in front of Gu Shuyan. Although Gu Shuyan had not yet been injured by the crowd's attack, Xu Feng had already suffered many knife and whip wounds.

Upon seeing this, the woman's face twitched, and she stared at Yun Yichen in disbelief.
"I knew you were a woman who couldn't be kept alive. I should have killed you with one blow earlier."
As soon as she was able to speak, the woman began to hurl profanities again.
The next second, before Yun Yichen could make a move, a slap landed on the woman's face, sending her flying and crashing heavily to the ground.
“I warned you not to even think about harming a hair on her head, but you dared to assassinate her behind my back.”
Xu Yunzhi was furious. He was always best at maintaining a gentle attitude, and even though he knew the woman had done something wrong last time, he did not punish her severely.
But the other party took his kindness as a bargaining chip and even dared to bring his people to assassinate the woman he had his eye on behind his back.
