Chapter 672 A Change of Attitude
Gu Shuyan's face showed pain. Although Yun Yichen had never experienced it, he could imagine the despair and pain.

The two walked back while talking. Just as they were about to reach the place where the worshippers rested, Gu Shuyan was about to separate from Yun Yichen and leave the temple.
But just then, He Ruyan suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
"Oh, isn't this Madam Yun? What, you've come to the temple to meet a man in secret?"
He Ruyan had always disliked Gu Shuyan, and now that Gu Shuyan's status had risen even higher, He Ruyan, out of jealousy, couldn't help but make a few sarcastic remarks when she saw other men beside him.
However, He Ruyan was stunned when her gaze fell on Yun Yichen's face.
How could it be him? Isn't he the white-clad youth from today?
How could such a handsome man, who looks like a Ouija board, be with Gu Shuyan, a country bumpkin?
He Ruyan suddenly regretted saying those words. Seeing that the two of them had walked over together, she wondered if she could have used Gu Shuyan as an opportunity to chat with the man.
Before He Ruyan could finish her thought, the two men had already seen through her intentions. Yun Yichen immediately turned his face away, while Gu Shuyan's face showed displeasure.
“Miss He, please watch your words. I am offering incense and praying for blessings. If you continue to spout such nonsense, don’t blame me for being impolite to you.”
Gu Shuyan was never one to have a good temper. She had clashed with He Ruyan several times before, and now that the other party was picking a fight, she wasn't going to be polite to her.
Most importantly, the way He Ruyan looked at Yun Yichen just now made her very unhappy.

Today was the first time she felt that Yun Yichen's face should be hidden away and only seen by her.
"If Miss He has nothing else, I will head back now."
