Before Mo Yunkuang was reborn, the last kind person he encountered was Yan Yu.
Mo Yunkuang's arrogance, refusal to listen to advice, cold-heartedness, and favoritism towards lowly women led to the loss of his relatives and the complete loss of his family fortune.
Lu Qingrong was rude and had low tastes. Instead of eliminating Mo Yunkuang, she banished him and declared that no one would dare to secretly help him. Mo Yunkuang lost his chance to rise and ended up on the streets.
Even a hero can be brought down by a penny, and Mo Yunkuang lived a miserable life of begging.
Dignity can't put food on the table, but some people value it as much as life itself, and Mo Yunkuang is one of them. A wealthy businessman, appreciating Mo Yunkuang's outstanding appearance and exceptional abilities, made it clear that if Mo Yunkuang was willing to follow him, he would protect him and ensure his livelihood.
However, Mo Yunkuang, ungrateful for the situation, not only refused but also mocked the wealthy businessman, calling him a toad trying to eat swan meat, which thoroughly enraged the businessman.
Realizing what had happened, Mo Yunkuang fled in the night, collapsing from exhaustion near Yan Yu's apartment complex. Yan Yu happened to be passing by after her night shift and, seeing Mo Yunkuang's emaciated frame and numerous bruises, took pity on him and gave him three hundred yuan.
At that time, Yan Yu had just found a new job, and this three hundred yuan represented three-tenths of her entire savings. Giving away three hundred yuan all at once was a huge blow to Yan Yu.
However, Yan Yu's act of kindness in his previous life became the beginning of his misfortune in this life.
Mo Yunkuang clutched the three hundred yuan, but never had a chance to spend it. He was captured by men sent by a wealthy businessman and tortured for two years using all sorts of methods. Unable to endure it any longer, Mo Yunkuang seized an opportunity, smashed a porcelain bowl, and swallowed shards to commit suicide.
After being reborn, Mo Yun, after much painful reflection, sought revenge for his enemies and avenged his wrongs. His former enemies either died or fled, all ending up with their families destroyed.
Mo Yunkuang was not satisfied; he turned his attention to the innocent Yan Yu.
Perhaps he was out of his mind when he was young, Mo Yunkuang believed that he had suffered many hardships in his past life and died a violent death, and that Yan Yu, this vicious woman, should bear some of the responsibility.
Yan Yu is kind on the outside but vicious on the inside. Since she knows that he is a tiger fallen into the plains and bullied by dogs, she should take him in and take good care of him, instead of hypocritically throwing away three hundred yuan.
Three hundred yuan?
What can he do with such a small amount of money? He can't even afford a decent dinner.
It was because of Yan Yu's wickedness that he was captured, suffered two years of torture that were worse than death, and died without being able to avenge his family, filled with hatred and unable to rest in peace.
How can we allow such a person to wreak havoc on the world!
Debts must be repaid, and murderers must pay with their lives. It's time for Yan Yu to pay the price for her "hypocritical kindness." If Heaven doesn't punish her, Mo Yunkuang will act on its behalf.
Ji Xiaoxiao understood the whole story, and was stunned, speechless, her mouth agape, as if she could swallow a light bulb whole.
Idiot, moron, morally corrupt alien trash god-like creature.
Was the original owner crazy or stupid? What should a single woman living alone do if she takes in a strange man of unknown origin and invites trouble into her home?
One should not have the heart to harm others, but one must be wary of others. Where did the original owner go wrong?
Will you be taken in?
Ji Xiaoxiao was furious. She wished she could take the place of the original owner of the body in her previous life and become the righteous ruler, to kick the half-dead Mo Yunkuang hard.
The more she thought about it, the angrier she became. Ji Xiaoxiao's anger rose from her heart, and she grabbed Mo Yunkuang by the neck.
Ji Xiaoxiao attacked unexpectedly, catching Mo Yun off guard. He raised his foot, but Ji Xiaoxiao reacted quickly, leaping into the air and landing perfectly unharmed.
"Scumbag." Ji Xiaoxiao glared angrily, wishing she could bite off a piece of Mo Yunkuang's flesh.
"Crazy woman." Mo Yunkuang retorted, stabbing Ji Xiaoxiao with a precise stab.
Mo Yunkuang's throat was sore, and his voice was hoarse, like chalk heavily scraping across a blackboard. Mo Yunkuang felt a chill run down his spine and his ears ache slightly.
Damn it, I'll make you kneel down and beg for mercy sooner or later!
"What kind of scheme are you plotting now, aren't you?" Ji Xiaoxiao spat at Mo Yunkuang. "So what if you were reborn! You think you're so great? Huh, why don't you just go to heaven?"
Mo Yunkuang didn't feel there was anything wrong with revealing his biggest secret to the enemy. He pinched the sides of his neck, really not wanting to hurt himself by talking, so he glared at Ji Xiaoxiao instead, as if he wouldn't stop until he glared her until she was riddled with holes.
"What are you looking at? Am I wrong? You can do whatever you want to others, but in your past life, I never wronged you. I even gave you charity and help. You ungrateful scum, you have the audacity to plot against me."
Ji Xiaoxiao's words struck a chord with the original owner of this body. The original owner's good intentions were met with devastating consequences. Unable to quell her anger, the original owner's body moved uncontrollably towards Mo Yunkuang. Ji Xiaoxiao did not stop her; instead, she even joined in, mercilessly attacking the fallen hero.
A good man doesn't fight with a woman. Mo Yunkuang retreated and dodged, but as he ran, he sensed something was wrong, so he called the police and they broke down the door.
"Let me go." The four security guards barely managed to restrain Ji Xiaoxiao.
"I will settle this matter with you properly today."
Mo Yun waved his hand wildly, and the security guards threw Ji Xiaoxiao out of the building.
Ouch!
Ji Xiaoxiao, her bottom sore from the fall, ignored the onlookers and unleashed a torrent of vicious curses against Mo Yunkuang's ancestors, sending chills down the spines of those who heard them.
Ten minutes later, Ji Xiaoxiao, her mouth dry, finally left, feeling lightheaded.
On the top floor of the building, sunlight streamed in, making the huge floor-to-ceiling windows bright and dazzling.
Mo Yunkuang stood to the side, looking down at the masses of people.
"Yan Yu, one day you will come back to me crying, I, Mo Yunkuang, swear."
