"My lord," Qin Qing whispered in Duanmu Lin's ear.
Duanmu Lin nodded solemnly, "We can proceed now."
Gu Shen got carried away and embarrassed her mother in public; it's time to deal with her.
Qin Qing walked down the steps lightly.
"What's wrong?" Madam Tong noticed that she hadn't missed Qin Qing and Duanmu Lin's little actions.
Duanmu Lin stretched his neck and whispered a few words.
Madam Tong paused for a moment, then said in a mystical tone, "Consider it her way of repaying the Marquis of Zhengye's mansion."
“My son thinks so too,” Duanmu Lin said smugly.
Ji Xiaoxiao glanced at the two people above and vaguely heard their conversation.
Are you trying to force me to take action?
Ji Xiaoxiao turned her head and looked around, and immediately found Xiao Chengrui. He was sitting opposite her, holding a wine glass and looking at each other from afar.
Ji Xiaoxiao turned her head away, disgusting!
I was rejected and looked down upon.
Xiao Chengrui's smile froze, and the people around him hurriedly started chatting amongst themselves.
"You bitch, when we get to bed later, I'll make you wish you were dead." Xiao Chengrui angrily downed a glass of wine, his face sullen. Only when he saw Qin Qing approaching Ji Xiaoxiao with ill intentions did he happily reveal a smile.
Qin Qing beckoned, and the maid behind him brought a bowl of hot soup to Ji Xiaoxiao.
"Niece, this is a nourishing soup that your aunt made for you. Drink it while it's hot," Qin Qing said.
Ji Xiaoxiao lifted the lid, and the enticing aroma made the young men of the Zhengye Marquis's mansion envious and jealous.
"It smells very good."
"Then drink it quickly," Qin Qing urged.
Ji Xiaoxiao picked up the spoon, then gently put it down again. "I just don't know if there's any poison in it?"
Qin Qing tensed up and said, "Niece, what are you saying? This is all from your aunt. Your aunt treats you like her own daughter. How could she possibly harm you?"
Qin Qing's words were heartfelt, almost to the point of tears.
Ji Xiaoxiao shook her head. "Auntie, I'm worried because this soup is a token of your kindness. You took all the money I brought from the Duke of Zhenguo's mansion, leaving me with nothing. Now you want to use my body to make me work for your Zhengye Marquis's mansion for profit. Your plans are truly cunning and inhuman."
Whoosh! The eyes of those who wanted to kick someone when they were down all focused on Qin Qing.

The shards pierced her flesh, and the scalding soup slid into her body. Qin Qing was terrified and shouted at the top of her lungs without any manners, accidentally drinking some of the "tonifying soup".
The incident happened in the blink of an eye, and Duanmu Lin couldn't save his beloved wife in time. Five breaths later, Qin Qing, panting heavily, painfully pulled down her clothes.
The medicine in the soup was bought by Duanmu Linhua at great expense. Its effects are so potent that if you take half a packet, as long as you still have a breath left, then...
