John, holding Jin Xin, nodded. "Except for property and equipment that could not be moved in time, all residents of Dorjescola have been safely evacuated to Simuyiwu, with no casualties."
Ji Xiaoxiao said no more and let John carry Jin Xin into the airship.
Moving at full speed, Ji Xiaoxiao and her group returned to the large villa.
"Take Jin Xin back to his room to sleep." Ji Xiaoxiao had developed a keen eye and knew roughly what had happened to Jin Xin.
"I'll go right away."
John quickly agreed, not because his hands were numb or he was tired, but because he didn't want Jin Xin to sleep uncomfortable.
"Take good care of him."
Upon hearing this, John paused at the doorway for a moment, then continued on his way.
“I’m sorry,” John said to Jin Xin.
Twenty hours later, Jin Xin woke up groggily.
"Awake?" The familiar voice reached his ears, and Jin Xin's eyes welled up with tears.
“John?” Jin Xin cautiously reached out his hand, as if carefully confirming that this wasn’t a dream. The warm body temperature, the familiar touch—it was John Clemson.
"I am here."
John held Jin Xin's hand tightly, guarding him without blinking.
Jin Xin looked stunned and asked, "What are you doing here? This is... the Star Lord's Mansion?"
John nodded, which startled Jin Xin so much that he jumped up.
"Star Lord, she...?"
“I’m very angry,” John said truthfully.
Jin Xin rubbed his arms and said fearfully, "I'd better run away quickly, or I'll get a severe beating if my mother catches me."
During childhood, children inevitably get spanked by adults.
“Too late,” John said gleefully.
Jin Xin subconsciously looked towards the doorway, where Ji Xiaoxiao was leaning against the door frame with a half-smile.
"Mother," Jin Xin said softly.
"John, could you please step outside for a moment? I need to speak with Jin Xin."
The Star Lord has spoken, how can John ignore it?
John left and closed the door, leaving only Ji Xiaoxiao and Jin Xin in the room.
"Grown up? Felt too big for your britches? Or just itching for a fight?"
Ji Xiaoxiao approached Jin Xin step by step, her expression becoming increasingly gentle.
The calm before the storm, the sun shining brightly.

The group arrived at the command center, where everyone was on edge and the atmosphere was extremely heavy.
"Star Lord".
"Speak." Ji Xiaoxiao sat on the Star Lord's special seat.
"The Dark Aliens have returned."
"They haven't given up their evil intentions; this action is perfectly normal."
The Dark Aliens, bloodthirsty and war-loving, would never let such a feast pass them by.
It's common for Dark Aliens to rekindle old flames; the real danger is if they try to interfere and reverse the balance of power between Sacramento and the Star River Empire.
Ji Xiaoxiao walked past the Blade of Reports and saw that the person who was reporting was stammering and fidgeting, which was really annoying.
"Speak your mind."
"That's right. The intelligence department sent a message earlier saying that Long Aotian has reached a deal with the Dark Star people. The Dark Star people are willing to help him, but after Long Aotian wins a great victory, he must send a starship full of people to the Dark Star people every year."
In an instant, you could hear a pin drop in the command room.

Jin Xin opened his mouth, ready to rush up and argue with Ji Xiaoxiao. John reacted quickly, stepping aside to block Jin Xin and shaking his head slightly.
“The Star Lord has his own plans, don’t be impatient.” John patted Jin Xin’s hand and said softly, “When has the Star Lord ever let us down?”
