Su Han's mother gave birth to four children, and Su Han was the youngest, growing up showered with love and affection. In contrast, Su Han's eldest brother, Su Bing, was mature, steady, and promising at a young age. With the original owner's deliberate promotion, Su Bing quickly rose to the position of mayor of X City.
Su Bing is a politician and the mayor of X city, so controlling the original owner's information would be a piece of cake.
Ji Xiaoxiao nodded; it must be Su Bing.
"Hmph." Ji Xiaoxiao sneered. She ate the original owner's food, drank the original owner's water, and got promoted because of the original owner's efforts. Instead of being grateful, she turned around and bit him. How wonderful.
Ji Xiaoxiao laughed loudly a few times, then sat cross-legged. Now that she was imprisoned and powerless to resist, she had to strengthen herself to break free from this cage.
Calming her mind and sensing the world around her, Ji Xiaoxiao released her invisible divine sense and discovered that the spiritual energy in this world was exceptionally rich, but the impurities within it were daunting.
Ji Xiaoxiao curled her lips into a smile, her alluring and seductive presence shimmering in the darkness.
"You can start cultivating the Dao Heaven now."
The Dao Tian technique is incredibly powerful, and Ji Xiaoxiao has no desire for immortality. She wants the power to destroy the world so she can experience the thrill of revenge.
With her eyes closed, Ji Xiaoxiao began to cultivate.
Time flies in the mountains; the cold fades without a trace, and a year passes in the blink of an eye.
Over the past year, Ji Xiaoxiao has been making the most of every minute and has actually reached the advanced stage of the Golden Core realm.
"What's going on?" Ji Xiaoxiao was a little dazed. Her cultivation speed could no longer be described as progressing by leaps and bounds; it was practically like taking off on a rocket.
The next moment, time and space in the basement suddenly froze.
Ji Xiaoxiao looked up and saw a small black hole appear in the sky directly in front of her. The black hole rotated clockwise and grew larger and larger, and an ordinary-looking young man walked out.
"My lord," Ji Xiaoxiao said respectfully, "why have you come again?"
The adult stopped at the entrance of the black hole, cleared his throat, and said, "Your cultivation speed is faster than dust and lightning because of the reward [Immortal Body]."
"The body of an immortal?" Ji Xiaoxiao had seen it in her own records.
The adult continued to explain, "The 'Immortal Body' is the most suitable for cultivating immortality. It is a peerless talent that appears only once in ten thousand years. You possess the 'Immortal Body,' and your future cultivation will be aided by the gods."
"I see." Ji Xiaoxiao was secretly pleased and asked, "Sir, why did you come along again? Did you come down to observe the people's conditions?"
Without the adult uttering a word, the black hole closed.
Ji Xiaoxiao shrugged, easily freeing herself from the iron chains binding her limbs. She stood up, twisting her body with a clattering sound. Ji Xiaoxiao felt refreshed and invigorated.
With a single, seemingly effortless slap, the five-centimeter-thick steel gate crumbled into scrap metal on the ground.
With a loud crash, the villa's guards rushed over.
"What is this?"
"Du Shizhen, it is Du Shizhen."
"How could this be? How did she escape?"
Iron chains, iron gate—how did a woman with no strength to even kill a chicken manage to break through the door?
The guards were terrified, their hearts pounding like thunder.
Ji Xiaoxiao curled her lips and burst into laughter.
"Hello everyone!" Ji Xiaoxiao greeted them warmly.
The guards swallowed hard. One of them, though blustering, shouted, "Get in there, or you'll regret it!"
The man looked at his teammates. They outnumbered him, while the other party was just one person, a frail woman. What did he have to fear?
But in the next second, everything completely changed his mind.
Ji Xiaoxiao slowly raised her hand, and when she swung it down, a person was instantly smashed into a pulp.
Silence, a deathly silence.
"Is there anything you want to tell me? For example, Su Han's whereabouts?"
Ji Xiaoxiao used her divine sense to check the villa several times, but Su Han was nowhere to be found. He was always a cunning rabbit with three burrows, and had gone to other places to seek pleasure.
The guards exchanged a glance. "Are you a human or a ghost?"
Ji Xiaoxiao laughed and said, "Of course I am a person, but I am a person who has crawled up from the depths of hell."
In unison, the guards took a step back.
Ji Xiaoxiao patiently asked, "Tell me Su Han's whereabouts, and I can be lenient with you."
One second, two seconds, three seconds, Ji Xiaoxiao's patience ran out.
"Alright! Mountains crumble, people run away."
The guards only saw a dark shadow flash by, then felt their upper bodies floating. Looking down, they realized that they had split in two.
Blood soaked the marble floor, both alluring and vibrant, terrifying yet exquisitely beautiful.
Ji Xiaoxiao waved her hand, leaving not a trace on the ground.
"My company... never mind, I'll go take a shower first."
For the first time in a year since her transmigration, Ji Xiaoxiao took a hot bath, every pore on her body screaming for another one. Too embarrassed to refuse, she took three baths.
The next morning, Ji Xiaoxiao woke up in her soft, large bed.
Opening the wardrobe, she found it full of men's clothes. After rummaging through the drawers, Ji Xiaoxiao finally found a pair of women's clothes that the original owner had left in the storage room, clothes that were out of style for who knows how many years.
After leaving the villa, Ji Xiaoxiao concealed herself and headed to Su Han's hometown.
Upon arriving at the destination, it had already changed owners.
"That's true. With the original owner's company, who would still live in this pigsty?"
Standing high in the sky, Ji Xiaoxiao looked down at the ant-sized humans below and felt a sense of bewilderment and helplessness. She was completely lost. What should she do about Su Han?
After thinking for a moment, Ji Xiaoxiao slapped her forehead. If Su Han and his family could move and change addresses, could the company the original owner built also change its name and appear before the world with a new face?
Ji Xiaoxiao arrived at the original owner's company building and walked in confidently.
